  5. hi Rez i have experienced that if you shoot to the rear of the brain,this is the part of the brain which controls all the nerves. which when hit with .22/.177 the bunny will drop forward and not give its usual high leg wave. try it out and see for your self

  8. as above strip down de-grease polish all internals,including action cylinder,de-burr cocking slot and polish, for a smooth cocking action. strip trigger unit,de-grease polish all points of contact. not so much a tune,but a fettle. if you require a professional tune send it of the Sandwell field sports
  9. Hi you need to try before you buy,to make sure the rifle fits. 3 good spring rifles. do not overlook the LGU for the money cracking rifle out of the box! The LGU is well underated, it will hold its own against the TX & 97 . good luck with your chioce.

  11. as far as i am aware,if you are removing vermin, with out charge/ voluntary,your shooting insurance will cover you. the allotment owner rents the land from the council,making them the tenant.which i think is all you need, is permission from the tenant,to shoot quarry under the license. However! you have stated pigeon shooting! are they feral or wood pigeon? feral are a general pest,and can be shot in day light/night time.wood pigeon,is a different matter,it has to be protecting crops/vegetable's i believe? and deffo no shooting in your garden,unless you have a vegetable
  12. hi you need a multi shot pcp really,for shooting rats.because as you will know it can be at a very fast pace. calibre dose not matter,what matters is a decent backstop when taking the shot if your on a budget get ya self a decent spring rifle AA or HW.

Well done jacko,any further help you need just pm me buddy. don't bother wasting your air by filling to 190 bar,they seem to work best at around 160/140bar ,its where its sweet spot is.this will change by about 10/15bar between rifles also don't be caught by filling to 190bar and putting 10 shots over a chronograph, and thinking shit its only doing 9.5ft/lbs because if your turn the grub screw out at 190bar,and its 11.5ft/lbs, by the time rifle reaches its sweet spot it will be over. it should be reading10.5 at 190bar as it settles on its sweet spot to about 11.5/11.7? you really need to ge

  15. hi Every one Barbury FTC are opening a full 30 Knockdown target HFT course (Hunter Field Target) we are situated on Wharf road, Wroughton, Swindon, Wiltshire.
