I think it's a small percentage of the overall, but the carbon footprint is larger as a lot of agriculture is to feed these cows , so whatever many times the tractor has to plough spray etc all to feed a cow. Some countries are clearing forest en mass to grow cattle feed or grassland to feed cattle. Billion cows are emitting serious tons of methane , as well as all us humans , add to that pig's and poultry. Living in Devon seeing robotic milkers where cattle don't go outside unless they're dead. Surrounded by lush grass that is made into haylage or whatever, feed bought in? Farmers won't plan

Methane is the easiest and cheapest immediate solution to reduction of greenhouse gases. I would have thought bezos would have chucked in more than 2 billion think he's worth 200..

Well I think some good stuff is coming out of it, huge sums for industry to go green, shell has a bigger footprint than Russia is interesting fact. 400 private jets getting all the elite there was a bit of a piss take. But I'd say a large percentage of cash which is to stop poorer countries going to coal will go missing but its progress......

Cheers for that, had brightness down. Also using a darker background , although the red isn't great for spotting in woods I'm using black heat a bit and in open ground I like the rainbow heat on grey/white/black background

Easily done, I'm paranoid about the thermal , I've already gone arse over tit into a foot of mud but the air pocket must have protected the lens, only issue is you completely lose night vision once you've been using it ??

I'm amazed Pakistan has it tbh , I certainly wouldn't want a world with African nuclear but....the threat of China and Russia together is a much more serious concern, imo and as far as I'm aware the technology required to take out these nukes doesn't exist....

I think if it's your mainstay then best way to enter is on an ideal night dark and windy and find squatters, walking the dog as close as you can. Daytime is a very different task with hunting involved , so the dog has to find scent, hunt and catch. Ferreting I think is just a case of doing it regularly, as are all of the above really....

Without looking into it, why did all the MPs vote down the bill to stop it? Was it because it would impact council budgets or are they all on the board of Thames water etc ?

I'm certain they'll rise , they've predicted record inflation next year , and house prices to go up 12% so I'd imagine they'll try and balance that with hiking interest rate. They'll also be a lot of rental properties being sold, which could be a concern for us , housing shortage will come to the fray very quickly if that happens...
