  1. I don't think he has any ambition to run the conservative party. Why would he? In the past maybe I don't know, but I think he's fairly aware of the public distrust/dislike of the labour and conservative lot especially whilst surrounded by reform, I also imagine an added bonus of defectors is it's a knife in the side of the Tory party who shunned or mocked him. Boris had enough chances and I'd imagine he has a few regrets he should've kept his missus out of it and put people before party a bit more.
  2. In all honesty she did alright, I disliked her political agenda and the way she cosied up to the Muslim council but at least she left office in a reasonable manner , Boris tried to change legislation to save his bent cronies.... Hopefully starmer does the same once he admits he's no control over his own party and has lost the economic battle....

  8. Had my forth swim in a week this morning, I wear neoprene gloves as my fingers go numb for a few hours otherwise, doing between 30/40 minutes in the river , started to drop some weight now. Quite tranquil, seen kingfisher, dipper, had 5 large cygnet swim past me about 2 m away... Hopefully keep it up over next few weeks...

  10. Got to have hope mate, I think reform will be the last party to be given a chance to sort out the invasion, after that it will be a more hands on approach by the British public. Either way is a win.....
  11. Had this in shed for an age so it's now my favourite thing , dauphinoise spuds tonight...
  12. I'm not sure about Reece mogg he's a establishment man, born into it, vehemently defending the worst of the monarchy. I'd rather see some of the other members of the Brexit lot sign up . Also be good to see if they bring in specialists following the trump model. Trump has been a true trailblazer , he's managed to stem mass migration, return illegal criminals, go to war with cartels , stop Iran in their tracks, increase European defence spending , strengthen NATO and the USA , it'll be quite exciting or certainly interesting political times coming to our shores. We really need trump or Vance in
  13. Steak supper , boys had a soft boiled egg for pudding lol.
