I would guess the vaccine developers were put under such immense pressure from the government to quickly roll out a vaccine, that they did what's known as " covering their arses". Fair, I would say, as if it went tits up, the government would be very quick to shift the blame from themselves to the drug companies ! Cheers.

It was an article done inside a Covid ICU ward. Knowing Sky, it will probably be repeated during the day. Im not disagreeing with you, I'm saying there's so much conflicting information it's almost impossibe to know what to believe. Thats one of the reasons I'm on the fence about having the vaccine. Cheers.

It's on Sky News right now. You can still get Covid and spread it, even if you've had it before and recovered. Theres a maelstrom of conflicting information. Cheers.

Two different events getting confused, mate, ? Cheers.

People are just taking an interest in you. Whats wrong with answering a few perfectly innocent questions ? Like "what's your NI Number ? "what's your mother's maiden name ? " what's your bank account and sort code numbers" ? "what's your PIN number" ! C'mon mate, don't be so shy, open up a bit ! Cheers.

Is It Jon Snows son ? Cheers.

Ok, this is my last reply on your question. Its the same reply but phrased in a way you might understand better. IF I was a fit, healthy, young man, with a child, I would still be on the fence, neither for or against the vax until I got more information. If the information I got was reliable and positive, I'd be more inclined to have myself and my child vaccinated than not. Thats an honest, accurate answer, if it doesn't suit your agenda, then there's nothing more I can do or say. Cheers.

What on earth have I swerved ? Ive said time and time again, I'm on the fence until I know more about the vax, but if it came to the choice of seeing my grandson or not, then I'd probably have it. I couldn't be clearer, if you think that's a swerve, there's no point in discussing it with you. Cheers.
-
How many times do I have to say it ? Im on the fence about the vax, I'm hoping that when my turn comes, I , and every one else, will have far more information about it, then I'll make a considered decision. BUT, I have family overseas, as, I think do you. If those countries or the airlines that serve them, say I must have the vaccination, then you and I will be forced into the same decision if we want to visit our families. I will decide if my desire to see my grandson outweighs any objection I have to the vaccination, and make a decision. BUT , it won't be the government,

How do you know what I know......I wouldn't be so presumptive with you . To answer your question; when I was a very fit, healthy 24 year old with a young child, I had absolutely no hesitation in me and my family having a whole booklet full of vaccines to allow me and my family to travel abroad. It was my choice, I didn't have to do it. Same as now, if I feel I have enough information, I will either have it or not, depending on the information, again my choice. Cheers.

Who's saying you have to have it ? As far as I'm aware it's volantary, not compulsory. If they tried to make it compulsory, they would have to change The Public Health Law, that states, quite categorically, that no medical procedure, INCLUDING VACCINATION, can be given without consent. There would have to be a vote in Parliament to change the law. Of course, private companies like gyms, bars, airlines, etc could insist on vaccination, but then it would be up to the individual to decide how much not having the vaccine would disrupt their lives. Personally, if I had to have i

There's a huge, massive difference between being apprehensive of the vaccine and being an "anti-vaxxer". I've said many times, I'm on the fence about it, but under certain circumstances I'd have it. Of course I think the government have made mistakes , but I put that down to incompetence, not conspiracy. They are not trying to kill us, or destroy the economy, they simply haven't faced such a situation before. Anyone who thought the politicians should get everything right from the start, has far more faith in them than I have ! Perpetuating fake news is not only stupid, it's down

"Order, Order", (Guido Fawkes), is my go to news outlet. It was him that broke the news, with pictures, of Morgan at a party dressed in a Nazi uniform. He broke the news about the Antigua trip a couple of days ago. Morgan hasn't mentioned either, and as you say, blocking anyone who mentions it . Cheers.

That's two of us who have invoked Godwins Law on here today, ( me on the Trump thread). ?? Cheers.

Deja vu is the temporary misalignment of two sensory nerves that usually operate in tandem. These nerves heard the alarm and generated the dream Because they were temporarily misaligned, you think you had the dream first. I know I'm going to regret this explanation, but if anyone has a better one, go ahead ! ? ! Cheers.

To paraphrase Joseph Goebels; " The radio and airplanes gave us control over the people". How ironic that eighty years later, it's now "social media and telling people when they can fly away on holiday gives them control of the people "...... Cheers.

Not following the rules gives them the excuse to make harsher rules. I'm not really a rule follower, but if it makes the chances of me, my wife, my 90 year old mother dying a horrible desth, even very slightly less, then I'll bite the bullet and comply. Cheers.
-
If the rules, however stupid they seem to be, are continually flouted or ignored, then more draconian rules WILL be brought in, and harsher penalties applied. Saying that, I've just watched Zahawi, the vaccine minister, being interviewed and he was quite honest when asked about the article in the Daily Mail, he said no, they don't want to restrict people to one trip out per week, but everything is reviewed constantly. Hardly reassuring, but nice to hear a government minister talking straight for a change ! Cheers.

Evidently they can run at up to 28 mph for around a mile. They live, mostly, above ground on the open pampas, so guess they would need speed, like a hare, to escape predators. Cheers.

Gets cold up there, mate ! Got down to around -10 when I was invited up there by the two Davie's ! Cheers.

A fox had my Cayuga ducks a while ago, killed all six but only took one. I've raised the height of the pen and made it as Fox proof as possible. Im a stoical bloke, a fox gotta eat as well, but I wish they wouldn't massacre the lot ! Still, I get a bit sport killing them with the dogs, so fair do's, I suppose. Cheers.

Bloody cold down the allotments today; Even switched the heating on in the kennels, must be getting soft in my old age ! Cheers.

I saw the guy that developed that app being interviewed, but I'm still not sure what it's for ? Cheers.

I an suitably chastised ! ? ! But we could take it to the level of ad absurdum......, what if they fell down the stairs in their own home, or had a heart attack while doing essential shopping, etc. They would still have needed medical help, but it doesn't equate with going for a drive so they could take a walk. Cheers.

"Whatiffery" isn't a valid debating point in my mind. They flouted a stupid rule, the police over reacted massively. Cheers.
