They are more likely to suffer from the smog around Stockton than the altitude! ?? Cheers.

Who is banning abortions ? I may be completely wrong but the way I read it is SCOTUS is reversing the FEDERAL law that says all American women have the legal right to have an abortion, and are leaving it up to the individual States to decide on their own abortion laws. They aren't reversing the law and banning abortions. As I say, that's just how I read it, but I am only going by the news reports, which, of course these days never report impartially, but report in a way that suits their agenda. Cheers.

De Ja Vue .........??? Cheers.

Blackies sense of humour is so far out, it makes Monty Python look like serious Sheakspearian actors ! ? Anyone trying to outdo him in the weird humour is on a hiding to nothing.....and I mean that in the nicest way ! He makes me smile. Cheers.

I'm not really up on this, but to me it looks like the Federal Government has abrogated the law on abortion to the individual States ? So instead of all 50 states accepting a Federal Law, they will now be free to vote for their own law on abortion. A very emotive and contentious subject, but I feel it's right for the individual states to make the decision. Just my very uninformed opinion. Cheers.

'I figured you could use some help. You get those holes a-leakin', I'm gonna whomp you with...' - The Outlaw Josey Wales quote CLIP.CAFE Jamie: [after Jamie and Josey kill Abe and Lige] I figured you could use some help. Josey Wales: You get those holes a-leakin', I'm gonna whomp you with a knotted... Cheers.

Don't see the point in summer hunting.....the grounds rock hard, the crops are 3 feet high, the cover, brambles, hedges are almost impenetrable. Who needs to kill young or pregnant game ? I walk across two fields to my Allotments each day, and lately there's been roe hanging round, my young bitch took off on one the other day and came back knackered ! So now she's on a lead until I see it's all clear. Its only a couple of months till the crops come down and the season will start. Having said all this, if anyone thinks they need to summer hunt, well, that's their business, n

When I worked for Sheik Sharbatley there was a villa with a centre pole and a parachute in the living room, probably around 80/82. Had some good parties in there. We made and sold a lot of Sid, and also drank copious amounts, my favourite mixer was orange tang ! ?? Cheers.

I spent a couple of years in Riyadh in the 70's, it was basically a huge building site. I worked at the Air Defence Centre, an underground bunker out in the desert. The old walled town of Diriyah was a good place to visit, and Ibn Sauds old palace. Then I spent 24 years in Jeddah, a much better place, the old suq, the Hijaz railway, the petrified forest, Medain Salah, every bit as good as the Jordanian Nabatean ruins, and of course the Red Sea. We had a beach hut at Abhor Creek and my son lived on one of the top Red Sea compounds. I still like to visit my daughter in law and gra

I've spent some time in Scandinavia, and the missus loved Finland, yeah, beautiful places, but by god, you need to be a lottery winner to have a meal and a few drinks ! Cheers.

I don’t know how they come to these conclusions, but I’ve been around the world, wouldn’t take a paid holiday in Paris or New York, loved Dallas, San Antonio, Bangkok, years ago but not now. Amsterdam is great, Jeddah if you know people, Melbourne definitely better than Sydney. But of course, the Toon is special ! Last week some friends took me and the missus out for her birthday, drinks in a waterfront bar on the quayside, then an all you could eat at Rio Brazilian bbq, as good a day as I’ve had anywhere in the world !! Cheers.

There's are politicians shagging little boys, Royalty shagging under age girls.......and there are people condemning a bunch of young lads , who could go to war tomorrow, having an honest to goodness gang bang with a willing, and probably well paid, brass ????? Give me strength !!!!!! Cheers.

I've just watched Prince Charles' speech in Rwanda. He said, amongst other things, that Rwanda is "a shining beacon ", and "a world leader in women's rights". Strange......a couple of weeks ago he thought it was "appalling " ! Cheers.

Nigerian politician traffics child to UK for organ harvest.
chartpolski replied to mackem's topic in General Talk
I tend to agree with the Boers......the sub Saharan African is not a different breed from us, they are quite simply far, far behind us on the evolutionary scale. The Boers are reviled by some as racists, and yes, in the true sense of the word, they are, but they weren't wrong in there assessment of what they found . You can buy me a pint, and possibly a nice steak, if we ever meet, Wilfy ! ?? Cheers. -

I honestly don't know, mate. But you, like I ,have a basic understanding of "Real Politik", and Nigeria is an important country because of its oil and to a slightly lesser extent, it would be considered racist to suggest that one of its politicians was a backward, sub-human who believed in witchcraft and was bringing a child to the UK to harvest its organs. Cheers. -

If any dog of mine couldn't catch a hare, I doubt a collar full of brass would help. A bit of lead behind its lug would be the way to go........ Cheers. -
