Yep, very Frainesqe, some comments that had me shaking my head, one which stated breeding an aggressive animal like a pitbull to a greyhound was dangerous Sometimes its better to think things rather than say them.

Not always practical, I drive a mile round trip daily just for work and where I live its so rural public transport is not an option. If I want to hunt its too far to walk etc etc etc......................

I agree and have been boycotting those stations for years, trouble is nobodies listening...................fuel prices make my blood boil............................

I have always done puppy aptitude tests on litters to try and get the correct temperament and this has proved very reliable but it can't help with the physical side.............................

Autumn and winter are obviously good as you can get out and hunt. I love summer evenings spent relaxing in the garden with a BBQ and beer after a long walk through the forrest with the family and dogs.

Last day of the shoot season

We do pest control on a small poorly run shoot. When the guys have finished today the farmer will have us back in for pest control so this weekend we will have a mooch around. After I've taken the kids to see Alvin and the Chipmunks tomorrow -
No but i've heard of Ron Jeremy For me it would be people like David Attenborough and later Steve Irwin for wildlife. Jim Corbetts books also inspired me as a kid but there are thousands of role models performing thankless jobs around us everyday who I have respect for, nurses, carers etc etc.....................

Hopefully you may get an invite, I see your from Ilkeston, I grew up there and spent most of my time with a dog wratching around Oakey brickyard and Stanton Ironworks. Any brook wll hold a few rats mate, especially if near a farm. I used to catch loads just walking the canal path near the Bridge pub in Cotmanhay.
