I prefer weldmesh, mine were made by a friend years ago who has packed up. Try googling Kirkby k9, there cages seem strong and a reasonable price.

I agree in principle and take my hat of to people who take the time and effort to shop around and we use local farmers at roadside stalls to get our fruit and veg and a small local butcher for meat but as for a monthly shop then I'm afraid its convinience and cost, our nearest shop is 7 miles away and next door to Tesco. The little shops near us just don't stock the variety and harder to get goods..................When I'm out the house at 0700 and in at 1900 the last thing I want to do is trawl around the shops..............

If I wanted a dog for herding sheep, shooting over, coursing, digging, racing, guarding, sportwork etc etc the last place I would go is a kennel that bases its lines on showing. Its hard enough getting a good worker without limiting the odds by buying from parents that aren't tested but may have some working blood ten generations ago...................

The fact is that although some show dogs will work if you are serious about getting a regular digging dog then you would ONLY get a pup from tested parents.............

Paul, A friend working in the wolds saw a low level electric fence kept around a koi pond and when asked what is was for was told it had stopped the otters from taking the koi...........

Touchwood she has only bitten feeding forceps although she wouldn't let go She sometimes gives a hiss and tail whip if shes grumpy but she resigns herself to a cuddle Been bitten by smaller geckos but they didn't hurt, Tokays are nasty little gits..... -
Thats why they are often a base line for some strains I used to lamp ok with my old collie...........

Yes I know someone who is breeding dwarf retics££££££££££. One reptile shop I went in was selling Green Anacondas to upsuspecting buyers, no doubt they will be in rescues in a years time. After seeing the damage a bite from a big snake i'll stick to lizards, although the bosc has a bit of a grip................
