The 2 child benefit cap came in in 2017 .. so any 3rd or more child born after that date won't be able to get benefits claimed for ..

Child benefit is not means tested every one gets it no matter how much you earn .. If you earn over £50,000 you can choose not to get it or choose to receive it and pay a higher tax rate .. It's got nothing to do with churning out kids to get free money some people really are clueless on this site

? I only met him when I dropped a dog off for him . But he had a long coat on and a neckerchief like green grass wore .. looked a bit eccentric , offered me for a pint but at 10 o'clock in the morning and with us needing to head back to county down I politely declined..

What's a decent ending ? A dog that's never been to the vets , gets took to the vets to be injected.. by someone who it's never met . Or taking it out for a final walk and doing it yourself while the dogs looking down the field happy as can be being out doing what it loves .. I know which one I'd choose if it was me .
