I don't know about in the Uk but here October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, everyone wears pink and it is a pretty big deal around here. I lost my mom to breast cancer when I was 19, she had been diagnosed with it when I was just 4 and battled it for a long time. She complained to her OBGYN about lumps in her breasts (she was pregnant with my sister at age 29), he told her it was just because she was pregnant, and it was a couple of years when my sister was almost 2 when my Dad made her get a second opinion. She was at the hospital having a double mastectomy and a hysterectomy with

My Cayuga cross ducks lay daily like clockwork, but it is a bit of an easter egg hunt every morning! And beating the dogs to them too, they have a knack for finding their lay spots quicker than me. The only times they seem not to lay is normally 1-3 days after mowing the yard, that seems to lay the off a bit. Heat nor cold has seemed to bother them, I'll get more ducks before I get more chickens as I enjoy watching them putter around the yards.

slow grilled is the best way IMO, a bit of salt pepper and garlic, very simple and clean. Make sure to cook it well no matter how you do it, no need to freeze it down first.

MMA is the type of fighting, the UFC is the biggest "major" promotional company who puts on MMA events, there is also Cage Rage/Elite XC, Pride, (now owned by the UFC and no longer promoting) M-1, Adrenaline etc. There are hundreds of smaller "feeder" organizations that people can cut their teeth on fighting at the small shows before making it big and getting a UFC (or other big org.) contract. Boxing and MMA are COMPLETLY different animals, you really can't compare the two. I am a much bigger fan of MMA, only a few boxers have ever excited me. And with only 2 (possibly) mma-related

My bosses dad died last night and it got me to thinking ... how do you want to go? He was in his mid 's, had been in an assisted living care facility for a year in his hometown 3 hours away from his sons, had a catheter, couldn't wipe his ass himself, couldn't hear, and was basically just waiting to die. I also have a client whose 19 year old son was killed in a car wreck Sunday. So pardon the gruesome topic! I have standing instructions for my family to pull the plug if I'm a veg or help me end it if I was paralyzed or something, I'd rather not be around than have a terrible quality of
