As a teenager I took in and rehabbed orphaned/injured coon, opossum and one skunk (only one, my dad banned them after that!) Did it affect my ability to hunt? Nope, it made me respect the quarry even more. To me they aren't pets to be kept in a cage and coddled, once they were old enough to fend for themselves they were OUT, but to each his own I guess.

tea, good old tetleys or pt tips, we can't get any decent tea here (even the so-called tetleys "british blend" they sell is crap) so we have to beg people coming over to bring it, the last lad over brought a couple thousand bags and they are almost gone so we are on rations now!

thought some of you old timers would like to know its Kye and mines 4th aniversary Sunday! a friend of Kyes dad used to have one (griffin vulture named Maloney I think its called) and hearing about it fascinated me, he was supposed to be a dead goofy and friendly thing. If I had the time I'd have some birds and a massive aviary, but that'll have to be after we are independently wealthy and don't have to work!

the small duck egg had no yolk, they laid last year fine and sporadically through the winter, then started again 1x day for a few weeks and then this fluke egg was leaid. It's been a couple of months now and the ducks are laying at least 1x day, no other mini eggs since just the one

it's a great show, been on a few years here and it is really fascinating. You would think it would the same crap over and over but they do quite a good job making it watchable greenhorn is originated from the term for new, or "green" horns of young cattle
