Both patio’s finished, I’m really happy with how the bigger one has turned out, I’m trying to convince them to edge the path and patio area away from the house with a box hedge, I think that would look really nice
I’m off home now for a rest and to try and find something for next week
Rest of the patio down today, got rained off yesterday so it’s ran into today, tomorrow I’ve got both patio’s to grout, gravel edge and sort the grass out
before I left I put a a few of the old ones down so they have somewhere to put the bins, if they don’t want it I’ll take it back up tomorrow
My mother in law is a lovely woman ( and also my cleaner ) I would do anything for her and her fella, she won’t have a bad word said about me and always takes my side in an argument ( lol )
the farther in law is just a waste of skin that only ever contacts his daughter when she can be of some use to him
Yeah, I score the top rub it with sea salt, pepper and dried thyme, let it sit for about 45 minutes, brush it with oil and stick it in the oven for an hour at 170 then turn it up to 190 for 20 minutes
Roast pork today for a change, with cheesy cabbage, sage and onion yorkie puds and the usual suspects, I’m done in now, don’t think I’ll need to eat until Tuesday, so it’s feet up and watch the bond film that on the idiot box
It’s The Garth not The Girth, apparently it’s means “ enclosed garden “ so the owner told me when I was putting it back on his new fence, the boring cu*t ( lol )
Another week over, fence finished, said 3 days to clear out and put the fence up on the first one and managed to get next doors done as well in the 3 days, so I’m happy with that
I’m broken, today’s job was to get the fence posts in, 12 of them 2’ down through dry clay, hand dig, think I need a rethink on my chosen career

Popped into Lidl for a couple of bottles of snide Weston’s and came across snide vimto it was about a quid and it tastes exactly the same, they could of come up with a better name
Tea tonight, mozzarella burger with garlic and thyme wedges, pepper and red onion salad with a lemon vinaigrette dressing ( yes, I did make the dressing, yes I am a tw*t )
