Anyone ever done one , what did you get out of it and what’s the benefits ? One of our customers come in this morning and tellsl me he hed just run 10k and had an ice bath and then goes to work, said he feels great all day off it. I started to read the wym hoff book a while ago but ventured off reading another book and never got past the first chapter. Just wondering what the crack is with them .

200ml a week is way to high for TRT that more like blasting and cruising were you you run a higher dose for a while ( blast ) then drop down to a cruise at a lower dose to try and keep your gains. This is were TRT is misunderstood, it's not for building muscle.

A good few of my mates ( we’re all in our 50s ) are on TRT . Most self prescribed, but one at the Ledger clinic in Manchester, Dougie Savage a leading TRT specialist, I’ve actually met him through a work colleague, a nice informative fella. I think the roids like everything else in life is don’t over do it and take care of yourself with regular blood checks privately. A very good friend of mine had a clutcher on the gear . But the daft sod was running too much and no blood work . He was very lucky in deed . TRT a big thing in the states and very much frowned upon and overlooked possibly over h

I remember him saying he had £700 and could budget it too a £10 A day. Personally not knocking the fella, but buy some of the food he buys from corner shops. I'd of gone to a aldi or lidl and made my food choices better and stretched the tenner out more and would of had a cooking pot and small stove to make cheaper meals

Fair play and good on you to low plains drifter , that’s two of THL Massive Kyle has the good fortune to bump into . He’s seems to travel very light with hardly any gear in his ruck , not even an air mat or cooking stuff, no meths stove or pots. Very minimal. Hats off to him. Must admit would love a crack at that , only for a month or so or maybe more to do the coast or something. Just to switch off from life, work , hassle and stresses . Just go back to basics and re sett for a while .

Just started reading this old big game book, and it says at start what I said above.

Was reading online , that a good quality expensive bow is obviously better build quality than a cheap one. But if you was to go abroad and bowhunt. It really is the individual and not the equipment. Field craft and perseverance and skill as you need to get to 10 yards of your quarry. I think it's a very skilled form of hunting tbh.

I only really buy budget Chinese bows tbh, you absolutely have to buy another string , a fast flight Flemish string off eBay for between £15 to £30 as the strings that come with them are junk. I just use now a peace of Velcro on the arrow shelf and Velcro strips on top of risers to make it quieter. And that's it really , I shoot with a glove as tried tabs and just don't like them. I've never worn an arm guard as my form is correct so never twatted my arm at all with the string so optional I reckon. You can get a trad bow called a Black Hunter for about £80 stick another £20 on for a decent str

Ad another little sit this morning from 4.30am with the catty and camera . Nice to watch daylight break -
Took the new bow down the permission woods . It packs down well into a rucksack and shoots great , really happy with it. Got some broadheads groupings at 18 yards and then did some stump shooting on beer cans at same range .

Treated myself, got a new bow . A ILF ( international limb fitting) Longbow . Quite rare these , it just means the bow limbs just click in n out with out bolts. Super quick to put together and not often seen in traditional longbows. I know this sounds boring, but this bow is super sexy . 45lb draw and has first 3 shots and love it . Also had some attractant stuff delivered for my photography.
