Nooooooooo. Don't do snow. It's cold, wet and is a pain in the .... everywhere. We ain't got any and I don't want any. Send your location and I'll be out there dancing around the totem pole. This happens a lot. People have a go and think that they've cracked it but I it then starts playing up again. I've made quiet a study of these carb problems and when they occur the quickest, cheapest most effective remedy is to dump the fuel, clean out the system, check the fuel lines and change the carb. I have known some engines to sieze up when working because the carb isn't supplying the correct mixture. If you've got work to do you can't afford for the machine to be down and you not working and paying out for repairs. Replacement cheap carb from eBay. Ps. Get the fuel / oil type

That lifeboat went right over on it's side.!! I used to work with a lunatic wind surfer. at one time he was flying right over the top of a pier somewhere. Nutter. Generators.... I've got 3 that would run, but when do I ever use them ? I did say to Mrs, that if power wasn't back on in the morning that I'd have to dig the small petrol one out of the back of the shed. Usually most of the bad weather passes this area by. We did get clobbered by the hurricane in 87 but its pretty mild and calm down here. We don't get the snow and crap that others get. It's like this storm. The weather been relatively calm down here but at about 2 oclock the power went out. What ! nowadays This is usually caused by water getting into the u derground cables. Back in the days of the hurricane the power lines were 6 copper ? which blew about like skipping ropes, arked and stuck together but in recent years that was all replaced by insulated cables twisted into one so unle

Naah. the parts in there that anyone can remove can only go back in one way round You cant reassemble the parts Incorrectly. You may have moved a bit of crap in the idle system. The jets are so small that you wouldn't notice. Still the saw is running so your up and running.

Sensible fellow. Dogs come first. I just woke up and looķed outside on the cctv via my pad and it all looks ok out there. I can hear that it's a bit breezy out there but not too bad. The fences are still up and the sheds roofs are still on .

I just came in and looked up at the moon. It is quite hazy with a close halo around it. There was an od bit of cloud going past at a fair speed. Down on the ground it is a slight breezy but it was a lot more the other week and gave the fences a bit of a shaking. Especially a load of cheap panels up the road that were wrecked. Anyone know any old folk lore sayings about the weather like .. Oak before the ash, we're in for a splash.

For several years the fuel companies have been changing the fuel contents. More and more ethanol has been used. The mix oil has needed to be changed to compliment this. 2T oil is just sold and there are different specs. So many places sell B spec oil and this is the red oils. Even Stihl. It is very important to use the green stihl or blue Husqvarna oil. These are D spec which are low ash. You appear to have considered everything else apart from slightly worm crank seals. Which can cause erratic slow speed idle. The most likely cause is a blocked idle jet and although you have rebuilt it t

Being an impartial Englishman I am watching this game between Ireland and Wales with joy. Cos I don't mind who wins. It is looking a good game. Later I hope that we stuff the scotish. Ps I wonder if is horizontally raining and blowing a howling Gale up in Scotland now before our match ? I suppose that, that is a bit of a stupid question really. At the mo it is brilliant sunshine and blue sky down here in the south east. I favour Wales because it is a country within the UK over an external country.

Important though it is in Ireland and you aren't very far away, it has had about as much coverage over here in the UK as a boy scout jumble sale in some random village over here. If it wasn't for this thread I wouldn't even know that it was on. Even less so about the parties, personalities or what anyone stands for. Still good luck in the rugby.

The other afternoon I managed a bit of time and took the spaniel out around the orchards and I heard a woodpecker hammering into a tree, so it feels the time is right to start thinking about nesting.

Late at night when I finish on the computer I flick up flight tracker just to see where the planes that I can see in the sky have come from and are going to. Recently I have noticed that there have been planes and drones that are out on patrol over the channel butt some nights that are there and others not. Out of all the illegals that got over here last year I Think that onny 125 have been sent back.

Burning anything has a lot of drawbacks and potential dangers. The most dangerous effect is that direct flame is burning the oxygen that you breathe. Some bottles of gas give you a sore throat. Other bottles give you a splitting headache. If you've got steel items such as lathes or anything like metal, they sweat with condensation when the temperature changes which makes stuff go rusty and paperwork goes damp and mouldy. Also there is the risk of fire. Roll on global warming then none of it would be required.

What I don't understand is why it thinks it is necessary to actually make a public statement. What advantage is there in saying something like this? Ultimately someone ain't going to get what they want. Can't have cake and eat it. That's what they want, so someone is going to go without. Why would John major who was a conservative prime minister threaten to seek a judicial review to stop the proroging of parliment risking drawing the queen into politics.
