    How.... The greater the gap between the bore line and the crosshair, the greater the angle to match the divergence to the point of impact. I usually zero first at about 30 paces and this is on at about 150. At 100 I'm about an inch high. At about 300 I know that IF ( On a very rare occasion ) I fire, that if I put the crosshairs on the spine the bullet goes right through the engine room. Eighty is more my favoured distance.     Thank you for that. I apologize for my unintended misleading statement. I got my certs muddled up. Unless the applicant has been really naughty he should have no prob with an sgc. I suppose that the only excuse that they cant issue a cert might either be Brexit or corona virus. All of the feos have keeled over or they aint got any certs printed. Or everyone has run away to the north Pole or somewhere to escape. If I've made another mistake, I blame it on Brexit.

    The Mrs has shown me how to make a very effective facemask out of a single piece of kitchen roll, two lastic bands to hook round your earsĺ, a bit of glue and a couple of paper staples. It's very blue Peter but cheap, simple and effective. all it is, is a sort of pleated arrangement similar to a fan. She is clever as well as performing well under load.do you follow.? Facemasks are quite ineffective against viruses though.

    Er inside told me that I had to nip into tesco whist out on patrol for a loaf . 1 loaf.! No Grannery available.     I hadn't considered this. The garden hose through the lavy window is a bit chilly this time of year and semi frozen water would be a bit of a surprise. An extended hose from the tap shower might be a goer but control of the heat setting from a tap shower might give the heat of a madras curry a mild second. I think that was a time of all sorts of rationing. Petrol, electric and bread. I remember a bakery that there was fighting on the deck as the treys of loaves were brought out.

    It's a shame that these human beings get caught up in no man's land. They were all happy and living their lives in their own country until the Assad family started a war for their own benifit and the Russians wanted a naval port and the Americans and us got involved in Iraq, Afganistan and other places.     Yes.. hallelujah. ... all I have ever seen from basic is that they bend over backwards to comply with every rogue idea that is thrown out there by the firearms depths even when they have no basis in law at all.     When my brother was in his teens..... early twenties he would get turns like that. He would see flashing lights and on one occasion he said that there was a fairground on the playing field.     Scotland must be praying that Italy don't get ejaculated from the pack or they could find themselves at the bottom of the pack still there's always something to retrieve out of every situation.     We won and the welsh lads gave it a go but the ref was useless and could have given a yellow and not a red. the challenge wasn't malicious. It was a high speed event in a contact sport. The Mrs knocks me about more than that.

    The only bulk buying that ive seen is 3 kind of Ghurka women with 3 trollies loaded right up with 5kg bags of Bismati rice. I just thought that they were buying it for use in a Nepalese restaurant or something. No one else seemed to be loading up their trollies other than there is NO hand sanitizer anywhere and apparently the cleaning stuff is going off of the shelves.

    Everyone has been told Don't Panic !! There's no shortage of stuff. Considering that this virus affects the breathing system and not the rear end why have the Population raced out and cleared the shelves of bog roll ? Apparently this isnt a local issue, its a national one. I dont suppose anyone would race out and clear the shelves if the bog rolls were that old izal stuff.     I have personally known of three others who contacted the org for simple advice and support and didn't get any support at all. I was told not to rock the boat with the firearms dept and wait six months and then reapply for a variation. It was a simple variatioñ ! I had held a cert for many years. No problems but the foe was a total nob. He said "22 centefire, ;;; um is that one of those hornet things".????? I ignored that stupid advice and applied anyway. No prob cert came straight through.     Because we can't have handguns in the UK, there aren't any beginners courses. No one can even hold handguns at a club so training doesn't exist for something that you cant buy or hold. I couldn't envisage getting some sort of replica and sitting watching TV and shooting down the baddies. Or making out I'm James Bond or something. It just isn't me.     It depends on what sort of handgun. I think that some use long barreled handguns with a sort of wrist stock. These are more like a sort of carbine than a handgun. Although I was around when handguns were legal I never had one or even fired one. I've used sub machine guns, self loading rifles and gpmg but although I handled 9mm autos I never fired one. Some clubs use them but it's America for you or carry on dreaming.
