Sounds like she probably bored , I no some people start retrieve training strait away but I think they can over do it . With mine it’s just one or two retrieves a day with a soft toy normally old socks and when the pup picks it up and running towards you I normally start jogging slowly encouraging the pup to come after you let it get up to you stop and prais the dog like a lunatic . My lurcher pup caught its first two rabbits it seen the other week and both were bought back to hand .

I’ve made acouple now but always used flat stock and just done stock removal blades ,haveing trying to forge one couple week ago I can appreciate how much time and effort as gone into that , I watched couple vids on YouTube on forging and thought “ oh it looks easy I can do that “ after couple hours pounding on a piece of steel I gave up and had something that resembled a scrap price of steel ?. Keep up the good work

I’m not one for telling people what to do in there own country but someone taking head shots at a yoke in any country is a f***ing c**t who needs slapping , im not against bow hunting I actually enjoy watching some deer hunts with bows ( mainly traditional bows) but seen some inbreed fucktards taking stupid shots at game

Nothing inperticular , I don’t need a dog of the sort of caliber that these lads are talking about , the original post is about guard dogs , any dog that barks and alerts me that there is someone around is good enough for me if they can wake me up or alert me that there someone there I’ll do the rest , and if I’m not there and someone came snooping about then it doesn’t really matter what dog I got if they want it bad enough they will get it . Seen collie /lurches/ mongrels / terriers dogs not let people in gardens and who would bite if someone did .

It’s funny what I dog can do if it wants to with even two leggs let alone 3 ( no I don’t condone keeping a dog with 2 legs ) I’ve seen dogs with back leg missing and front leg missing , if the dog is from good stock and you feel like you owe it a chance then see how it fairs if it struggles and it’s not fair on her pts if she copes and enjoys her work then so be it
