To be fair mate if you read what he said about it, he didn’t want to press any charges and referred to them as young men over excited who no doubt one day would become model citizens.
However ...... I hate the ‘lad’ culture. That weird in your face stuff..... grabbing, pushing and jumping on folk for a laugh. I have long hair and quite a few times out on a night out I’ve had lads grabbing my hair or trying to push me about for ‘bants’, not I laugh it off but in my youth it usually ended badly for them. Long hair doesn’t mean you won’t throat punch some mouthy c*nt.
When you say wife, do you mean carer ? Mine changes the bed, feeds me etc. I keep calling her wifey number one and she looks at me with withering eyes, and calls the agency ?
Having said that, I would have put the bull x I lost last season against most half x collie greys as a rabbit lamping dog. Not as quick off the mark etc as a little collie whippet grey type. But she would do as good as any half x collie grey I’ve seen on them. Ram like a dream, retrieved live to hand, smashed cover, etc. Find them very easy to train and work to be fair.
Done a test mate, even had to pop into the walk in, as I was convinced. Got to be Covid right .........
As the nurse said, “you do know all of the other stuff hasn’t just gone away”. Apparently the issue is a lot of flu stuff hasn’t been circulating as we haven’t been mixing.
Seeing lots and lots of school kids dropping with it, as they’ve all be at home then all gone into school to mix together.
This is straight up man flu ?
Trust me there are things a good bull x would do that you’d find it harder to get a collie x that would. There will be some collie xs out there doing the same but harder to come by. A large part of that is they are bred and selected for it. Could do the same with collie xs but few do. And if you were after a straight up fox dog and terrier mans dog, you’d probably find a higher % of half x bull greys would do it over half x collie greys. And that’s not knocking the collie, I’ve plenty of those. It’s just reality.
That is true, also the lack of rabbits.
But even after the ban there were a lot of folk on here posting a lot of interesting stuff, with some great dogs and a lot of knowledge.
There was always a % of folk just here for a wind up or to talk nonsense or give folk grief, but the balance started to shift quick and then everyone left.
I went and came back and it’s a shadow of its former self now, just something to pass the time but can’t think I ever learn anything eyx now
