As I said mate, I wear one out of respect for those who would feel uncomfortable if I didn’t. I will ask, in many situations, can we take masks off ? But I see old folk braving it to the shops like they are going out into a nuclear apocalypse ? so it must mean something to them. F*ck knows what the score really is, but I’d be sad if my Nan went to the shops and some young bloke stood next to her was more worried about making a stand than upsetting her.

Accepted and understood. But are a large proportion of our military engagements and encounters not about making complete strangers feel safe, and are we not mostly in them because the ‘elite’ and some of those strangers, think they are important to fight ?

Are you not a massive supporter of our armed forces ?

I have a mask hung over the truck gear stick, I get out to go in a shop or similar, I put it on. I come out I take it off. I don’t see the real hardship in it ?

I think a lot of it is a massive farce but as a 36 year old bloke, I’m not standing in a que next to an old woman who’s all masked up etc, whilst I’ve got no mask on and it is probably making her feel nervous and worried...... just because “I don’t give a f*ck and no one can tell me what to do”. Grow the f*ck up. And that’s not aimed at socks but anyone. Like I said I think it’s a massive farce, but I have a little bit of respect for the elderly, those flat out working in the nhs, and other folk who have been suffering through a lot of this. How hard is it to stick a mask on for the time you’r

Why haven’t you worn a mask out of interest? I’m not a big fan of it, but feel it’s the respectful thing to do when in public around others who may feel it’s important / people trying to operate a business.

Yer you can tell. And that’s great to a point mate, but it’s also just a little bit ignorant. Because genuinely, not everyone cares what you think ? Are you the kind of guy to butt into other folks conversations and tell them, that they are wrong ?? -

Can you read ? Out of interest? I’m not talking about me cracking you, I’m just saying you remind me (on here) of the kind of lad in a group who always has something to say and acts in a way that makes people try to avoid being sat next to him in the pub and who in general makes people want to strangle him ? -

They aren’t my cuppa really mate, more fun hunting them with the bushers to be honest. Mind you I’ve got a saluki x now, so maybe my thoughts will change! -

To be fair though mate, you do come across like a child quite often. Like I know you’re 35, but you honestly do a very good impression of a lot of the teens that have been on here over the years playing the hero. I think the first time I took wales1234 out lamping here we counted over 300 hares ? ? -

That’s grand. For the first 30-60 times. After that it’s dull. It’s like you usually get a lad in most groups, always having ‘bantz’, always taking the piss, usually loud mouthed and a bit annoying and usually the one who everyone wants to punch by half way through a night out (or who you’re trying to stop other people punching) ? I’m sure he’s harmless mind, just a tad annoying ? -

Brilliant post Phil, and entirely correct I think. The second from the bottom (think I’ve got that right - black dog, white chest blaze) would be the kind of stamp. The bitch is only 1/4 runner, so I don’t need the fastest whippet, abs I don’t want the Legiest. What we are after is breeding some pups not too much taller, a touch faster and taller, without becoming more ‘breakable’, it’s just for the kind of cut and thrust mess about bushing we do and the ratting. -

Anyone who’s been out here with me will know that one thing we aren’t short of, is things to run. No matter what dog anyone brought down, it would run out of steam / we’d run out of light / dark, etc way before we ran out of stuff to chase ? -

There are a lot of folk out there, there are quite a few passionate about their dogs, but some of those have some form of social skills and manners ...... and are able to conduct a normal adult conversation........ -

You must be on a wind up, you cannot possibly be as retarded as you are coming across? I asked if anyone had a whippet of a certain type I could use over a busher I have here, to breed a litter of little knock about dogs, after a few people have asked about it I asked for said whippet, on a thread about whippets with a lot of posts. And then you ask me why I’m putting a whippet over my bull x if it’s so good and whippets are sh*t anyway and blah blah blah blah. So I miss what dribble you refer to ? Yet another thread going same as every other on here recently -

A week or so ago maybe, but no I think I’ll pass if I’m ok. I try very very hard to limit who I go out with and I get a lot of invites. I’ve also already heard everything he’s got to say, so not sure what we’d talk about. Never say never, but I can’t see it happening. -

Mate really you are starting to just get quite annoying. 1. I don’t actually own a straight bull x with only bull and grey in it. 2. I’m not lining a bull x with any whippet, im wanting to line a 1/4 whippet, 1/2 terrier, 1/4 springer work it. 3. I expect you will call me a liar (again) but I had a whippet who would do all I’ve mentioned and more, and several members on here saw him run, and I believe there are pups off him with members on here. 4. Try spending half the time listening that you do talking, just a tip. -
