Started off with air rifles, then ratting with terriers, then ferreting, then foxing with terriers, then lamping lurchers. Did a few years rough shooting and wildfowling but for me it was all about the dogs. Over the last 30 years it has just been digging with terriers, lurcher work, and following hounds. TV adverts for products like Fairy skip the soak or Flash straight to floor. Selling products that basically say their washing up liquid or floor cleaner ain't up to the job so buy an extra cleaner as well. Cheers, D.

We older people grew up with no tech stuff (scopes were for "proper" guns) but we learned to practice and use field craft and we managed to kill a bit of stuff. People starting shooting nowadays with all the tech stuff wouldn't have a scooby about iron sights and extra springs etc. Cheers, D. -

I feed live mealworms to several robins on my morning and evening dog walks, the first (nearest the house) dive bombs the dog to say hello, no coincidence, done it many times Cheers, D.
