Not a big fan of carverys or roast dinners tbh. When we had our last pub we did carvery every lunchtime and evening and all day at weekends. In 17 years I reckon we did over 300,000 of the fuckers, sick of seeing them Cheers, D.

Batter scraps. When I worked at an animal by products plant in the 80s our drivers used to collect used oil and sacks of batter scraps from chippy a to reprocess, they were pressed and the oil recovered. Iirc we paid £1.50 for a spud bag full. Cheers, D.
