I come from Roma family lines, we have dark skin, not black but well weathered and curly dark hair (when I still had some) Roma originated from India and not Romania or Ireland as many think and are certainly nothing like or anything to do with Irish tinkers, I find these people and there shitty petty preying on vulnerable people life style a complete insult, they are simply criminals hiding behind a minority title and are as far removed from Roma gypsies as it's possible to get

I do understand your concern about people on your patch, but sadly I am an Englishman and I consider it my birth right to wander were I want in my own country and I will never stop, I,ve been poaching most of my life and now I only poach pictures so I can't even be arrested and charged with anything so I am basically your worse nightmare, I am good friends and do odd jobs and help out many of the people who,s land I use and those that don't want me there I just ignore and carry on, so to answer your original question the law won't be able to help you unless you take out a private lawsuit, -
Don't know what it's like near you but were I live we have several Indian type people that fix iPhones and the like, they can usually Unlock phones and car radios for a tenner, if all else fails

Most of my cameras are on other peoples land, sorry if that offends, I don't steal I keep gates shut pick up other people's litter and have even saved a few sheep that have been stuck, I saved a sheep last year that was in trouble giving birth to triplets, I walked about 3miles to find the owner and when he arrived he told me if he sees me again he,s going to shoot me, proper old farmer, have also caught a burglar and a bloke cutting fences so he could go scrambling, so we are not all bad and as stavros has found can be useful, leave a note inside and ask him to ring you, if you just take it t -

Here,s one I done a few years ago, I was in the top of a tree scanning a gravel pit for carp when the treetop snapped off, I fell around 25ft and managed to get impaled on a sharp branch on my way down, the picture of the hole was taken in the drivers seat of the van I still had a 45 mile drive to get myself to a hospital

Welsh tell your tight ass boss to pay for a scaffold, I fell off a roof a few years back smashed my foot up quite bad, got £47 a week off the social for me and the misses to live on, lost 3months work, and the person I was doing the job for deleted any trace I was working for them so I could not make a claim, now if there not willing to pay for a scaffold I won't go up any higher than the gutter, I,ve fallen several times but as time goes by I don't bounce as well as I did when I was young

It's the funnel effect you are looking for anywere that forces animal runs to converge, and underpasses are one of the best, all animals also like the path of least resistance and footpaths used by people are alive after dark with animals, as are canal towpaths, when you get that cat picture don't be to embarrassed to call me, goodluck

One more tip for today if your worried about someone stealing your camera use frame fixers and an impact driver to attach it ,this is how mine go on and I have not lost any yet despite having put them along public footpath,s and in plane site of everyone, you would need to smash the camera to bits to get it off, it's also good for screwing into concrete in motorway underpasses and places like that which are real hotspots

Here you go, spend a few pound extra as I have bought several cheap ones that are total shite, this one works perfect kids bought me it off amazon less than a score and though I don't like to disagree with born as he,s a super intelligent young man I would avoid trail cams that use the micro sd cards as they are very easy to loose in the debris of the woods floor, if however you do end up with the micro sd model either lay a white carrier bag or a towel on the floor when you take the card out so if it does escape you can see it,

I have a Swann system on my house 4 cameras all the cables a unit that sits on the telly with a mouse and stores shitloads of footage £200 in Maplins took around an hour to set up and is pretty idiot proof
