I,m on a shipping canal so the bridges are all manned, travelling times get shorter in the winter as the bridges shut earlier but can still come and go as you please within those hours, when it gets really quiet jan/feb time you may sometimes need to phone up and book the bridges as one keeper may man 2/3 bridges and cycle between them, the birth in the marina is mine all the time even if I leave for 6 months as I pay a yearly fee it will be empty when ever I come back ?? -
There was a time mate, when the roads were empty cameras and helicopters were a thing in the movies and you could still outrun the police with a decent car and a bit of driving ability, but a nice fast car is just a liability nowadays and more of a symbol to others than anything else,??

f**k me there’s a few midlife crisis going on here, I drive a 1.4 Suzuki swift slowly, cheap road tax and around 50 mpg, room for dogs and shopping in the back with seats down, it says don’t look at me nothing to see here ????

Well having been in with a misses that’s been ill off and on since September due to looking after grandkids 2 days a week I,ve finally come down with the lurgy, seems like a heavy head cold at the moment and coughing up lung butter that could resurface a driveway, could go to work if I had to but think a couple of days walking the fields with the dogs will be much more beneficial to my health ?

Thought so I can see the cranes from the front room of my house, keep an eye out for the peregrines mate fair few pairs nest on the docks, I used to sit in my garden looking up watching them circling and occasionally going into a stoop thinking how most of the people were totally oblivious to them even though they were in plain site most days ?

I had cortisone in my elbow some years back like you I could not raise a cup to my mouth and had to change hands half way, after a couple of months I had an immense pain in my elbow and my arm started to turn black so off I trott to the quack and was told that the cortisone does something to your muscle and mine had torn away from the bone the blackening was blood on the inside, but ever since then the pain has never returned so I,m assuming the tear gave a bit of slack and stopped the pain, never had them again after that episode though, it’s a bit depressing getting old but I stick with use

I use a rubber grouting trowel if I do them as a one piece with mesh and paper, but thought this one was better suited to follow the stairs tightly, so about 100 little plasterboard triangles to get the shape right ?

You,ll have no livers or kidneys left the way your going, all these drugs have an effect on your body’s internal organs, that’s why I apply home made cream and eat the best honey I can buy, last time I spoke with a quack I was told to take 10 paracetamol per day for my Arthur, I,m half a year into my homemade cream regime and movement getting better all the time, I was having steroid injections in the bottom of my feet every 6 months or I couldn’t walk, not had them in over a year and am doing better than ever, the answer to our health is us not a quick fix bottle or injection ??

I,ve got a frozen shoulder, arthirits in my spine around my neck and I have dislocated my shoulder in the past I,m a 59 year old plasterer and am in pain all day everyday, I take regular doses of man up juice and just keep going, if I stop I,m in agony and can barely move, so I don’t stop, put dandelion cream on my joints morning and night which does seem to be helping and hot shower blasting my neck every evening, ??

Get on a boat mate I live in a lovely community, just booked Christmas dinner for me the misses and a dozen or so neighbors we sit out and have quiz,s,drinks and music in the summer, it’s like life back when people cared I don’t even lock the doors anymore ??
