Today I will mostly be nursing a hangover and clearing this lot ?been for a little wander with the dogs then took the grandkids for a walk to the recycling bins packed them off home and now I,ll be sitting by the fire for a 3 hour stint before mustering up some grub and going for a last walk, have a good one whatever your doing ??

My neighbours are over there at the mo, go over most Christmas,s but I think this is there last go as its eating up there savings, they went for 3 month last year but only a month this and recon it’s there last time for a few years ?

I may be missing something and I,m not trying to provoke a row, but I feel there is some kind of let’s get the mods shit going on, they are no different to any of us and any of us can apply to become one if we don’t like the way things are going we also have the option of not coming on or being a silent observer, but in no walks of life do you join a club or group then try to run things from the back seat, the mods are doing a thankless job for f**k all rewards so think they deserve a little respect rather than daily abuse because when there are no folk willing to take shit every day there wil

Those net bags get me, £5/£10 for an evenings wood, the other problem I have is boat stoves tend to be quite small and a lot of the pre cut logs don’t fit in, I cut mine around 6” to 8” when I stop working I might even do it commercially through the winter, small logs for boats think there would be a few quid to be made ?

Went to fill the tranny with fuel for next weeks return to work, as it’s raining misses is cleaning and doing laundry I wasn’t in any rush so had a slow bumble down the lane And in under an hour picked up another couple of weeks worth of free heating also cut a nice bit of hazel to make a new handle for my kindling axe ??

My house looks out on to the m5 bridge at avonmouth and we get about one a month go off there, no publicity or media it’s only the lifeguard and helicopter that give it away but it’s pretty regular ?
