    I had the same with a deerhound.she had a diagramatic hernia.just a little cough every couple of minutes but her liver ended up in her chest cavity after running into something.

    About 17% of the dead weight is bone but then it depends how mych fat is trimmed off.

    If i remember right i think cattle slaughter and cut up.mince,steaks all boned and rolled is £480.all done however you want it.but you get lower spec's and we price on the dead weight of the animals carcass.

    About the same for a pig in england but thats a deal on the cattle.always best to slap mark, it doesn't come off.

    For the sake of £120 its easier and less messy just taking it to an slaughterhouse and you'll get a better yield.unless its missing ear tags.
