I think you may have a point however you know only too well how muddy and cow shite all over....................................................not so sure she is going to like that or climbing over locked gates. Phil

To be very honest, it could have used the 100 mags and loading system, not sure why they didn't unless they did not want to affect the sales of the 100 so in effect the 100 is a higher capacity system and slicker loading or pay less for one that is not quite as good. Well that back fired as the sales of the standard 110 are now higher than the 100. Better known as a marketing fcuk up. Phil

Well I have had the 110k for three weeks and have put around 650 pellets through, shooting the gun almost every day at home, on the perms and on holiday so I think I can give you a light review of the gun so far. It is still obviously still very early but it will at least give you an idea how I have found the gun. Love it or hate it, it WILL find favour with many shooters just as the 110 standard has and become their top selling pcp rifle. As already stated before, I really fell for this little rifle at the South Yorkshire Shooting show in September this year. When I picked up the r

Popped into the RFD today and he showed me an Impact sub 12 that had come in, this years gun but very inaccurate, took me two mins to see the bloke had fcuked around trying to 'TUNE' it and made a balls. ASI are to give it a service and then it is up for sale at a few hundred quid off. Just in case anyone is after one. Phil

No the lens goes inside the camera unit. you split the camera at the joint after removing the small screws and unscrew the 12mm lens that comes as standard and scew in the new 16mm lens. Someone is putting together a youtube vid on how to do it and when that has been done for another forum, I will ask if I can show it on here and if not, I will direct you to the thread on that forum. Here is the lens link:- https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/16mm-CCTV-Camera-Fixed-Board-Lens-For-1-3-Security-CCD/312231342262?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

I have both the Viper and Wolf units and have to say the Viper is brilliant at closer range as the light is not so critical whereas the Wolf is twitchy close in but really comes into it's own when we need a bit more distance. I have my Viper in for repair to a local guy to fit a new screen and whilst he has it, I have bought a 16mm lens which he is fitting. This gives full screen image which I think will make picking up the rats that bit easier and the lens was only £2.99 so fingers crossed. Phil

On my way home from our holiday in Suffolk on Sat night, I got a call from my shooting partner. He asked if we wanted another 2500 acres, rabbits, lot of pigeon, ducks, geese, fox, deer along with some crows and squirrel. This was a bit out of the blue to say the least so I asked in a very puzzled manner, WHERE is this then. It turns out that a friend of my pal is leaving the area and wants to pass on the perm............................................................................................let me think.....................................................................well we

Well done BN on the new perm, I love shooting rats and ferals and the Nitesite in my mind is the best for the job particularly when I am shooting with loads od rubbish lying around and of course pallets. It is just comfortable to scan the area without the gun held up to the eye all the time. Just my take on it and I know many prefer other methods so it is what suits that individual I guess. Oh yes, nice shooting BN Phil

As long as you enjoyed it mate, that is the main thing. I have to say Jimmy, you are a big fella and much bigger than me and I can and did walk around all evening without a sling on my Impact with the Nitesite fitted although I admit I have just bought one although it is not really for carrying, it is to offer support when shooting from the hip with the nitesite on which is how most of my shots are taken unless I am using the trigger grip tripod. Old tart................. Phil

As above really well covered. If you are buying one from ebay, take a close look at the detail because as Pledgey said, it MUST have 'TILT' or 'SWIVEL' and for the most part, they don't have. I have just given away a bipod because it did not have the tilt capability which was fine in the range on a bench but useless for field use. Spend a bit more and get one that WILL do what you NEED. This one is ideal https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Zeadio-6-9-Swivel-Pivot-Rotatable-Bipod-with-Sling-Mount-for-Rifle-Air-Gun-UK/182168937147?epid=1444792426&hash=item2a6a1d62bb:g:7fIAAOSwYlRZM

Here you go Jimmy, these are what I have fitted on my Impact and 110k, the strap is both fully adjustable and comfortable. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UK-Adjustable-Single-Point-Rifle-Sling-Tactical-Bungee-Airsoft-AEG-Gun-Strap-1/263996876651?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 and this for the fitting on the weaver rail https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Steel-Sling-Swivel-Mount-Plate-Attachment-fit-20mm-Picatinny-Rail-Adaptor-New-UK/123334442459?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 The weaver / picatinny mount is very go

I have only just picked this thread up so a bit slow in commenting. I cannot express how pleased I am for you Jimmy and as I said in another thread that Sean was a special friend and my god how true that statement is. Sean, what you have done is wonderful matey, a gesture that only a true and loyal friend would do. I am so pleased that you have the Impact my old pal as I really believe it will give you the mental lift that you both need and deserve as you have done plenty for other people and now it is your turn to enjoy life a little more. SEAN YOU ARE A STAR MATE, Trish says

I hope you do a review of the Priest as there has been little put into words that I have seen. Enjoy. Phil

I am so sorry you feel this way mate although I know how bad this year has been for you jimmy. I just don't know what else to say other than what I have said over the past week's / months.. You have friends on here mate who would do anything to help if they could including me but only you know your own mind. You have a very special friend in Sean who I am certain will bend over backwards to help you and have a gun for you to use. perhaps a break would help, I have done this with my clay shooting. but if you keep some gear, it is there for you when you feturn. When loads of us had issues with the RM8 about four or five years ago, one tuning company modified the rifle by cutting the barrel down, replacing the heavy air tank for a BSA R10 tank and replacing the reg. I was told that this work turned these guns into something far better than when they came out of the factory. I was tempted but got rid instead. Phil

I must admit, my first thought was an FX Impact. Can't think what other gun can change barrels / calibre. ?????? Phil

That isn't the Falcon scope you just bought Jimmy, is it. I would be interested in the headlamp when you decide mate as I could do with a back up for my cree unit now that I am sea fishing again. So hear me in mind please Jimmy. I think my buddy may want the adjustable weaver mount if it is not fastened to your rangefinder. Anyway, why are you going to sell them...... Phil

Perhaps something like FT (field target) or HFT (Hunter field target). I must say I have not done either but have watched HFT which is both interesting as well as being very social. These two also have a wide range of ages of the people taking part. We have a development officer for rifle shooting in Lincolnshire. When I am back from holiday, I will ask if he knows of anyone doing this job in your region and let you know next week. the shooting clubs directory is well worth a good search through to see if there are any HFT or FT clubs in this area. another source of good info i

Just before we came on holiday I had a retinal scan as part of my diabetics monitoring. I know since my scan last year, there has been a loss of clarity in my right eye and in fact it was confirmed that I have a cataract in my right eye. It is rather like having Vaseline smeared across the eye. This is a bit boring but when I am right handed with a right master eye.....................shite. I brought my new HW110K on holiday with me to lead the barrel. Now I set zero at 25mt before coming down to Suffolk and didn't intend working out holdover as this gun is for closer range

In that case I am happy to buy it if you let me know how much and we can sort payment etc. Phil -
Then you have my sincere apology. If you are struggling with some particular aspect, just ask as someone on here may well be able to help you over the pages of this forum. If you need the help of assistance of a coach, then look at 'Shooting Clubs Directory' which will offer you a list of clubs in your area that you could contact. Is it just air rifle shooting or are there other types of shooting are wanting to be involved in. Phil
