  8. Down by the river today. The Wreck of a paddle steamer that caught fire. Some old duck boards that have not been exposed for years. A old dam wall was breached now its salt water marsh. Cheers Arry

  10. This year has been hard with all that weird weather even I had stuff in the bay window for weeks that should have gone out in a normal year. Had more frosts in the spring when stuff should have been out than the rest of the winter. Can you source sea weed mate? I've found that great for helping break down clay soil. Cheers Arry

  18. Not in Devon Mate. Think there is some talk of introducing them to give the Greys a hammering. Most years 3 would be a lot from my garden and over a dozen now never seen so many. Been after that male one for a while he would not go in the traps till I lowered all the bird feeders on a length of wire which buggered his little game up. Cheers Arry

  20. I can't believe the amount of Squirrels I have had this year in the Garden. Seems to be loads about this year. Lent my traps to my Brother-in-Law he's had about ten as well they just keep coming. Got a Rabbit cage trap and a Squirrel Trap set back to back and its been creaming them. Cheers Arry
  21. First mooch out foraging this year, well early. Ceps, Dryads Saddle and a few Chanterelles. Over the moon be out again in a few days more rain tonight so that will be good. Couple of nice Chanterelles. Some young Dryads Saddle which left not my favourite. A large Cep and a small one under the canopy of an Oak Tree. Cheers Arry
