The Tory’s have just announced a new group that is dedicated to moving the party further to the left, or as they term it “the centre ground”, to win over LibDem voters. I think there’s heaps of possible scenarios that play out as “lawful”. I think, like when you deploy the military to war, when you deploy LEOs at this level and with such opposition there will be a small number of tragic outcomes for one reason or another. As always LEOs could almost certainly be better trained and this scenario will most likely be studied and have an impact on tactics moving forwards. The Feds certainly don’t want more of this but equally aren’t going to allow it to stop legitimate and legal law enforcement. And you can’t wait for the perfect training to be created.
