My big , daft deer cross was running around without a clue , taking the odd one that burst out off the reeds onto open ground ! Another time I took a deerhound cross up just to have a look and learn the game, only five month old but good experience; Davey’s a top man, putting up with old men and young dogs ! LOL ! Cheers.
