If it's cooked to your taste , then that's all that matters mate. When lins lad was working in one of the London restaurants , they used to a slow cooked belly pork recipe. They would cook it overnight, for 8 or 12 hours I think . I prefer belly pork cooked until it's like scratchings . Most people wouldn't like it so well done , but that's just my preference.

Depends on your budget ? a lot of the land cruisers and hilux's now are rotten! the new ones are crap!! BUT, you can easily import an older one thats as good as new from Japan.

I’ve two hiluxs one for hunting and one for general work towing horse box or whatever one is 2003 and has been bomb proof will go anywhere and isn’t too bad to tow I had some work done on the chassis but €1000 spent on a chassis after 20 years of having to do next to nothing on the engine is a good deal in my book. Other one is 2024 plate and it’s a nice motor but you can tell it just hasn’t the same guts as the older one
