Have you got someone you can go out with thats got a dog doing the buisness? It wouldn't hurt to go out for a few runs with your pup watching on the lead and give them individual slips as sometime as the thought of another dog being there encourages them to pick a rabbit up just simply because they want it first. Many years ago I had a job in one of those cradles, the old type where you pull yourself up and down one end at a time and the rope is gripped by wrapping it back over itself so that’s it’s your weight gripping it and stopping you from falling !!…….swung about all over the show.
