It's the Sunday league version of boxing isn't it with backward rules. I mean what's with the counts, I've seen em counting to 30 or something in the bales, so, if it's just a case of take a knee until you're ready to go then what's the point of counting in the first place? I’m not knocking any of them, Danny Christie etc look pretty handy and if they want to do it, it’s up to them. I just don’t get it. I tried making the transition from kickboxing to boxing and couldn’t do it, so I know how hard it is and appreciate the skill involved, but bare knuckle never crossed my mind. The variance in skill between these guys and a boxer is massive. Without sounding disrespectful, think a crazy golf champion v Tiger Woods.
