20 years ago our local town was a Lancashire town. They ran coach trips from around the north to visit the markets. Now it's a foreign country. Genuinely, it's African and Pakistani. No it's not the same as you describe in the 60's in any way. Local white lads may be friends with a few Asians and blacks they grew up with but honestly.....the invasion of the last 20 years is on a different scale and the results are the same as any mass invasion as opposed to limited immigration. Agreed. I don't see how that's any difference to what's wilfs said though. The results of what you have described, when the ones moving are from the third world, make the results different to say the Irish workers moving around though. And the mass immigration from the 3rd world is also matched by the promotion of it as positive by political and media elites.
