on a more serious note, its only a pet but it does carry some muscle for the breeding, in consideration that neither Salukis or Galgos are known for it, perhaps a bit of hybrid vigour.

i.e. comparison to a track greyhound, staying bitch 680m best distance.

 

it would be interesting to see if they ever tried it behind a hare but doesn't seem it will get a chance.

Had an email from Tim Bonner, (CA), this morning wanting donations to help them convince the government to tighten up the Game Acts to prevent hare poaching and coursing, to include confiscation of vehicles, dogs and retrieving kennel costs for confiscated dogs, and prison sentences for coursing.

Bit ironic that, seeing as I'm picking up a new deer/grey pup tomorrow.........
