Borr 4,500 Posted December 25, 2021 Report Share Posted December 25, 2021 Well after a fiery backdraft smoker issue that man shaved my arms and took over an hour to reduce temp , everything seems to be good and done , kids playing wife drinking wine and eating chocolate , I've cooked and wrapped most food , resting meat , saving some tenderstem until the last roasted sprouts , sweet potato for missus, mushroom for son, caully broc cheese , hasselback spuds with pig's in blankets, stuffing balls, onion garlic beef gravy , and a three rib, now going to wait for cries of hunger , whilst I enjoy a scotch, enjoy guys..... 11 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

South hams hunter 8,837 Posted December 25, 2021 Report Share Posted December 25, 2021 I had my first go at it today; done pork (was happy with the crackling), 3 bird roast (cheated and bought that ready to cook), sausage meat stuffing, pigs in blankets, cauli cheese, sausage meat balls, goose fat roasties and some veg.
