Guard dogs

Like I said your reading one dog mans account of another’s dog It’s an insult o so an so was a man biters same as in the coursing world there’s nothing worse then calling a mans dog a jacker

bull terriers are by nature good dogs round people but showing one it’s ok to bite humans even playing is a mistake if you ask me as been said they will guard anyway with out been shown how to rag on an arm over and over until it thinks it the norm

What are you talking about? Dog men have talked about owning dogs that were man biters, Zebo is an example of a well known man biter.

I've said I think it's a bad idea to use Pit Bulls for man work, there's plenty of other breeds that are very capable of doing the job.

Feck feeding another dog , just put up a couple of Isis flags .. got the police watching my house 24/7 now ?

I married a Northern lass good with kids bit agressive around house & can cook. No one visits anymore. Atb

If you want a yard dog and something to guard your kennels i personally dont think you can beat a well bred bandog type.Naturally territorial, generally not dog aggressive if properly socialised, physic

Plenty of game bred yards have man biters in them , there a DVD’s put wich have been made over last 5/10 years and there are man biters in them , there’s been man biters in most yards , like already been said , there’s a couple we’ll know ch and gr champs that were man biters

Man biting as in trying to kill you or little excited nips any kennel breeding ones that want to do humans serious harm must be barmy

As in full on grab and shake , TG did a video where he showing a man round his match stuff and warns him to stay away from one who’s sitting wagging his tail as he’s a man biter , there also a video on mountain mans yard with a black 2x winning dog that’s a man biter , plenty of PD dogs are man biters wich plenty his blood carries chinaman stuff , the truth is if you have a man biter and you face him across a box to another dog he’s still going cross the line , there for if he makes ch or gr ch then he’s worth money , me personally I’d cull any man biter if it was a bull or a jack russle , but there’s a difference in a dog taught to do man work and a dog who is just a c**t and bites , I don’t think bulls where used to create bandogs because there natural guarding as I find most bulls shite guard dogs and most crave  human effection and will happily bounce up and down you all day but when lads have them and get them to just be nasty and vicious then they end up a liability, a guarding dog should no when to turn it on and off and should out as soon as told to if they can not be controlled then to me there not a pp dog there just a dog that bites , to some there mite not be a difference but to me there worlds apart

Neither is me old lady’s Staffie but if it grabs hold of you it’ll make a mess

so if they didn’t use a game bred bull terrier

why x them to a mastiff they crossed them to a mastiff because a mastiff is windy so the used bull terrier for gameness but then never used a game bred dog makes sense

Can you explain what you mean when you say mastiffs are windy.

Them that get excited even seen average lurchers do it if holding collar screaming try to nip your hand the just keen to get on

them that a grabbing a shaking biting chunks out of you dangerous not on the ball the y kill you

got to respect any dog that can do damage

Seen it me self with a staffie me mate had soft as a brush kids diving all over it then me and me popes mate walked in First dog was asleep near door don’t no if he stood on tail or just startled it but boom on his calf like a dog possessed Took some holding still I tell you and still had nice rips with all fat hanging out lol then got to get it off nightmare just glad it wasn’t me lol
could of been a kid or anyone any dog can turn and when it does a Jack Russell lodes a lot less

damage then a bull terrier

What mastiff I been around are like a collie in they put heckles up grow look nasty an old English one me mate had that could bark but they are looking nasty but really it’s nerves like most dogs because your near there property they are making there self big but don’t really want to attack and look at there heads proper power strong aswell

then you get man biters they aren’t trying to warn you off they jumping in there skin to get hold of you

you have a windy breed you put terrier into it

same reason they put a terrier to a bulldog

I thought they put bulldog to the terrier and not the other way round,an awful lot of black terrier kennels were bred the way i came to know because of what the terrier lacked, rather than breed better the known kennels went for a quick and more profitable fix, kerching.

So the put a big bull dog over a terrier to make the terrier better or did the terrier have a heart of a lion and was game and the bull dog was lacking what the terrier had

the size comes from the bull dog the gameness comes from a terrier

a bull dog baited so did a bull and terrier cross

how the f**k would a bull and terrier get down an hole a bulldog has nothing to add to a terrier for what a terrier does

So you've come to the conclusion that all mastiffs are windy as you put it because of one you've seen near you.Thats why they need gamedog bred into them.

I’ve seen a few more than one mate see a good few mastiff x bull terrier aswell

As you said the  mastiff lacks drive for pp work  a bull terrier sorts that because of the terrier mentality Has more drive or gameness

same reason the put a terrier to a bull dog in the first place

I no my animals mate I no what it’s like to try a get a bull terrier off something that’s why I think it’s foolish show them to man bite

I think society must be f***ing coked up and cracked up paranoid if you think you need a big man biter about you

there was a reason for hundred years people used herding types as man biters

and culled man biting bull terriers

Bollocks! This girl will take your arm off if you hurt my mam (disabled and 70 yesterday ?) but she'd let go if me mam said so ?
