Feck feeding another dog , just put up a couple of Isis flags .. got the police watching my house 24/7 now ?

I married a Northern lass good with kids bit agressive around house & can cook. No one visits anymore. Atb

If you want a yard dog and something to guard your kennels i personally dont think you can beat a well bred bandog type.Naturally territorial, generally not dog aggressive if properly socialised, physic

I agree you any  any working breed that takes a tough dog you’re breeding for gameness or should be

a terrier that goes to ground and does it’s job is game

a pig dog is game

a bull grey for fox and black and whtes is game

a pp dog that grabs people or will and takes some stick is game

a dog that barks circles and makes noise in all them different types is not game but shows the same signs weather pig dog fox dog or pp dog

He was and like has been said so was Zebo and probably the most famouse that many lines have been built around Bullyson.

BH who had bullyson was a crossdressing sexual deviant known to swindle and cheat. I would have tried to kill him too if I was stuck in a Cadillac with a naked cowboy in a pink Stetson hat.

I know a man who walked honeybunch alot . he said she walked till she got bored then tried to kill you that's probably why there's nothing that made it off honeybunch and zebo.

Most of it I believe is the man who raised them. These weren't meant to be pets or part of your family. They are performance animals.I wouldn't let my daughter ride a race horse because she'd get hurt.

I raised a dog once who never tried to bite me but needed watching when excited.I sent him to the mountains to be hunted as I was working 2 jobs at the time. One day after being at his new home he jumped up while excited and bit one of this boys nipples off.I told him to send him back.He did and the dog was fine here so I sent him to Texas. He bit that boy on the leg while playing with a flirtpole.I brought him home and he lived out his days with no more problems but didn't get hunted as much as he should of.

If you don't run the show somebody will be running you to the hospital.Just my opinion as I have seen it happen.

If you can’t explain it to me and you no all this stuff about the type a dogs  you keep than it’s really pot calling kettle black

or the blind leading the dumb lol

I could explain but I cant see the point in wasting my time with someone who comes on a thread and starts commenting on breeds and subjects that the have no practical knowledge with.If you cant think of anything else a bulldog can bring to the table you are obviously as thicker than what you come across if thats possible.

Most don't but some do.ive seen malinoise presas and others used.

Carver kept a big white bulldog similar to an American bulldog.

The old real dogmen lived way out in the middle of nowhere and stayed with their dogs mostly and didn't allow visits or sell dogs so wasn't really a need. Most of these men had a hound that run loose and would bark at strangers more than bite unless you approached them.

Most who lived in civilization kept a man biting bulldog right inside the gate so a stranger would be bit as soon as he entered.

I know someone who uses them. The male looks like something from a horror movie roaming around. The problem is if a Caucasian Shepherd decides to jump on a bulldog it's over before it starts and could cost you your whole breeding program.Thats why most dogmen kept a hound for alarm system as they would avoid bulldogs.

yeh i was thinking similar  me self,  ok today even though, the breed supposed to restricted   how you can keep apbts , but suppose if you got  3-4 well bred bulldogs , you might want a breed to guard them. lets face it today, forget bulldogs, lurchers, terriers, gundogs, just ped dogs in general , need to be protected   from thieving  scum  , thats out there .  and even though  i like bandogs as type breed, and they are no doubt about it great guard dogs, just as a neo's are , and rotties are , all big strong guard breeds. in my mind the one breed that when you break it down proper  , a well bred Alsatian , i use that word , not show crap gsd, that are common  at crufts etc, there no doubt about it, a well bred Alsatian  from good working lines , make prob the best guard/ watchdog. Now the latter , is what you need around your property . o ne of the big probs with large mastiff type breeds, is there not over vocal, my bullmastiffs  didnt bark much , thats ok till some fecker already at your house with knife, gun, ok they can shoot the dog and poison dog true , but get good  Alsatian  on the job , you want get   40 yds of the place. ive told about a farm i used go to little mooch in  day, frmer was ok with that, but no lamping, anyway he had bit of stuff nicked from his place, so he got a big black Alsatian  type dog , might collie in it or what ever ? . but this dog would rip you to pieces deff, it was on a chain in the day, and let loose at night , dog was quite well trained  stayed in the yard . i said t him one day, that i bet he plays up , because  he on the chain, he said no , he couple  people  all ready, had the cops on his back, so dog on chain  in the day, but bloody hell it scare the shit out, 80lb  of teeth  hitting you , 40lb collie will hurt you , never mind that feckin thing, so it was vocal and bite you  , as  simple as that  .!  that in my mind  a good guard dog  . ps    are  abd  vocal breed or quite like the rest of mastiff types ?

I know of something similar mate a farm in Barnsley had a big shepherd as guard dog I heard some robbers took an akita up with them to deal with the gsd while they robbed the yard. Apparently farmer woke upto a dead shepherd and akita waking round his yard.

would be mate, akita  more of fighting  dog than gsd,  like say if you could get a breed as vocal gsd , but power of these bandog types, you got great guard/ watch dog ,  like we said on here before  mate, get a jack or  pat, kennel next to a bandog or rottie  i reckon  that might do it, either way you one that make noise, and one that can back the noise up lol
