Struggling to understand whats strange about it Gilbly. Oh f**k it I know what I meant.

Last night I sat for a long time thinking, mulling over. Its all words isnt it. To me a puppy farmer is someone who breeds several breeds, refuses to let you visit, see parents ect, come riddled with health issues, meet half way or deliever with pup..someone shifty shady. Dogs in shit conditions ect. Thats what I personally class a puppy farmer. Hancock definatly from my own humble opinion seemed non of these but google says farming. The activity or buisness of growing crops and raising livestock. So for better want of a word...oh I dont f***ing know. It just gets on my tits when you come on asking a simple Question and people start messing with your head, lording it up what should and should and shudnt be. I didnt ask for anyones views on hancock, or why I chose the pretty colour I asked about the cross regardless of who bred the thing. But this site isnt what it used to be ive been a donator since 2006, used to be full of sound non judgmental advice. Now its just full of people looking for a do =@

your associating me with some of the"special people" that come on here at times by quoting me at the end if that lol. Again best of luck with your pup, id say get him as soon as possible, the more socialisation the better but you'll know that with your past

If it had beardie in it, I can well understand not getting another.  Taffy, beardie/border x grey,  was the sire to one of my old dogs, caught me loads of deer and hare, probably my best catch dog.  But the c**t did my head in, and almost every dog I've seen with beardie in from there has been the same, from his original beardies and the ones he's got now.  The border crosses have been far more responsive and amenable, and are just as tough and as good at working as the dogs with beardie in.

I'd never have another dog with beardie in.  Life's too short

Do you mean you went to view my pup specifically? Or another 3/4 bred?

Queer feckers to some those beardies.

But my point was that if you found a source of the best dog you had in 40 years experience, why would you not go back for another? Either it wasnt that good, or experience told you it was a one off.
