Never get my head around chips in a fry up or a burger patty.

Tomatoes have to be fresh tomatoes cut in half or quarters and fried and if any Cafe decides to put tinned ones on your plate making everything soggy walk out, I also agree with the Yorkshire Gold in

Took the lads for a brekkie yesterday morning, to soak up the alcohol later...

aint a bad breakfast, proper greasy spoon on the industrial estate around the corner from our yard, always see old faces in there so good place for a catch up too.... you don't get that in these fancy coffee shops, only scarf wearing, hand bag carrying tossers

I don't really get chance to stop at a cafe while I'm working but we do pass a butty shop now and again.

That's the bin lid I had yesterday and it almost beat me but I soldiered on and ate it. Its got 4 sausage, 4 bacon, 4 black pudding, eggs, mushrooms etc in it and it' a beast.

Question for THL's Breakfast Club.

Cast Iron, or non-stick?

I use a cast iron griddle pan, with a hinged lid......... looks about like a waffle iron. You can flip the whole thing over, to cook the other side. It reduces the mess on the cooker top and, therefore, the earache I get about being a slaphappy tw4t !
