Four Serving British Soldiers Arrested On Suspicion Of Terror Offences

Why would anyone run for cover behind a terrorist? Sounds like a bad idea to me.

Most of us here support the sentiment that if you're not prepared to stand behind our troops, you should feel free to stand in front of them !
So all "troops" should be immune from criticism? What a ridiculous idea!

I've got nothing against decent, law abiding soldiers. Criminals who join banned terror organisations are a different matter.

Criminal ? No-one has been found guilty of anything, as far as I'm aware.....

If they're found not guilty I'll treat them the same as any other soldier and offer them the same support

If found guilty I don't see why they should be treated any different to other terrorist scumbags.

The Hunting Life's resident Britain hater must have been licking his chops posting this.

Another government publicity stunt to to appease the population of London, Birmingham etc......no different to Blair sending ex soldiers to prison for things that happened 40 years ago in Ireland so h

Gutted they didn't reduce a mosque to rubble!

But you said they were already criminals. Quick trial when were they found guilty mate?

Suggest you go back and read the post, I made no judgment on whether these particular soldiers are criminals who joined a banned terror organisation or not, I just said I wouldn't support them if they are.

Its only recently banned, so if they renewed annual membership then after that date the organisation gets banned, the next day they are classed as criminals! Can see them getting off, as long as they have nothing else incriminating about them. Hope they are not white and of British origin otherwise they really are fcukd..

They may have been labelled a terrorist organisation by the state, but they haven't at any point committed, planned or to my knowledge even condoned any acts of terrorism.

That doesn't fit the dictionary definition of the word terrorist.

I suppose if you're so loyal to the conservative party that you'll allow them to dictate your use of language, you can call them terrorists.

I suggest you go back and read my post. I never said you called these particular individuals criminals.what caused the confusion ? I was talking obviously talking about the other people you branded criminals not related to this post .

I'm sure those hypothetical people appreciate you jumping to their defence

Gutted they didn't reduce a mosque to rubble!

Openly declaring your support for a terrorist organisation on a public forum probably isn't the smartest thing to do.

Plenty of the Irish boys did for the IRA and still do, plenty of asians openly support ISIS and have done so whilst being televised. I guess it only becomes a problem when you're a white English man eh?

Good luck to any far right group that can and will fight back

With your obvious views of disgust and dislike of criminals i assume you will be heading straight to the police to report these drug dealers?

You really need to start replying to what I've actually said instead of what you think I said ;) I never said I dislike all criminals, it depends on the crime they've committed. I'd say being a terrorist is right up there with the worst whereas growing a plant is pretty much victimless

National Action: Banned neo-Nazi terrorist group still active in UK after finding loophole

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/crime/nazi-group-uk-national-action-banned-still-operating-loophole-soldiers-arrested-terrorism-plot-a7937206.html

Members of the UKs first ever banned neo-Nazi terrorist group are using a loophole in the law to continue operating despite being outlawed by the Government, it has emerged.

National Action is evading authorities by taking on new names allegedly including Scottish Dawn and NS131 in a technique used prolifically by Anjem Choudarys Islamist network.

The group was proscribed as a terrorist organisation in December, making being a National Action member a criminal offence punishable by up to 10 years in prison, but a former detective said police are left powerless to arrest neo-Nazis acting under new names.

Matthew Collins, the head of research at campaign group Hope Not Hate, said known neo-Nazis from National Action were seen meeting at a terror training camp in Warrington as recently as last Saturday.

There were 10 of them in there training, he told The Independent. They believe theyre untouchable, they laugh at the police.

The warehouse, which sits next to a children's playground on an industrial estate, has been converted into a gym and office.

Undercover footage has shown neo-Nazis training with wooden knives and baseball bats, learning mixed martial arts and listening to lectures on white jihad.

Mr Collins said National Action has focused on Muslims but is fundamentally antisemitic, propagating Jewish conspiracy theories while fostering a deep obsession with violence.

They believe theyre going to be involved in some kind of war, Mr Collins said.

The warning came after five alleged members of National Action including four serving soldiers were arrested this week on suspicion of preparing acts of terrorism.

This is preparation they believe its necessary because theres going to be a race war, which will be triggered by Islamist terrorist attacks, and then they will lead legions of white people into war against Jews.

The group was known for using the phrases Hitler was right and Britain is ours, the rest must go at marches, and online propaganda included images showing members performing Hitler salutes inside a German concentration camp.

National Action was founded in 2013 but was not banned until it was tied to violent attacks and plots, including the murder of Labour MP Jo Cox.

Death to traitors, freedom for Britainbecame a slogan for the group after being said in court by Thomas Mair, who was glorified in online propaganda calling for murders.

In February, a 17-year-old National Action member from Bradford was ordered to undergo intensive counselling after making a pipe-bomb.

The boy claimed he had no intention of using the improvised explosive device but told the court he was still a neo-Nazi and supporter of National Action.

I guess the boy was just making pipe-bombs for the banter.
