Is there anything to corroborate this ? Location of RSPCA branch, solicitor's office location, name of vet would be good. If its all true, then its obviously despicable, but I'm struggling to take at face value to be honest. Could you not find out the individuals responsible for care of your dogs in RSPA and take out complaint/civil case against them for loss of the dog and the stress/trauma etc caused to your family?
