Dick Emerys son goes in my local (1980's weekend tv if anyone can remember him), and so does Vin Garbutt - apparently he is a famous folk singer. Ive met some ufc names and met chris kamara at a train station- he was a TOP bloke too!! Other than that pis poor. Edited to say our lass knows some glasgow gangsters real well, but dont think they count! lol

cragman 2,843
Used to knock about with Mick Hucknall when I was a kid and sat next to radio DJ Pete Mitchell in school.
Waz 4,293
Anyone into music from the drum and bass era upto the now might have heard of Steve Gurley, used to knock about a bit with his sister and chill out in his studio with him. Was asked if I would join him, kinda an unbeliavable opportunity looking back, but think it wouldnt have worked out a great road for my life to have gone down... Ex bird from the same era now hires out guitars & other equipment to bands, festivals, tours etc, she gets tickets for most things, she was back stage with Ian Brown just a little while ago and was 'chillin' out, she told me all that was going through her head was that I should have been there with her. Never meet your heroes though they say. Edited October 11, 2011 by GD Waz
