I get it from b and m or home bargains,a fraction of the price of Holland and Barrett etc...salmon oil from fishing bait suppliers(pay around 20/25 notes for 5 litres)

Thats f***ing nutts....my lad had a fight few months back with one,down the skate park on our little estate..and the dirty fuckers older sister bit my lad when she couldn't pull him off him..my daughter then hit f**k out of the scruffy cnut...biting and spitting are the f***ing lowest...this country is going backwards,at a rate of knots,I hope your grandsons ok and not fazed by it

Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory...Ive used it for yrs to heal wounds on terriers and lurchers,mixed with honey...only thing thats ever come close to it...is the dry cow cream,they use on the udders etc...all my dogs have a cod liver oil capsule or a tea spoon of salmon/sprat oil over their biscuits...I believe it helps them out, especially as they get older and worn

Id use half to buy and fit out a little street food truck and put the mrs and daughter out to work on it....the other half on a decent little boat ,for myself and my 2 lads ,running a few charter trips around the south wales coast..
