    Might be worth a mention. North Warwickshire judged my allotment on the 12th. Comment. Take the green covers off the brassicas as forces them a bit. Never heard that one before but took it on board.

    Well my gardening friends, a long time has passed since April 20th. Absolutely blown away with the results. All the horrible thoughts and predictions really have not materialised. The crop is fabulous. As a 5 family we are eating like kings. Result.

    We tried and tried and tried. Partridge kept up as long as possible, fed correctly and plenty of water. Good undulating land with a great variety of fields. 3 problems for us. Each problem being a road. The little sods had no thoughts of returning to the SAFE ground where they had been reared. No, the little shits got the wander lust and that was that. I'm not going to bore you with numbers but it's sure to say that surrounding shoots found it amusing at our expense. However, I think that's the way the world goes round.

    Got to be a numpty Worked last winter with two guys using the Mk3. When all else failed they asked me to locate with my old grey box. No numbers, no depth, no nothing. Found the ferret and two rabbits backed up to each other. Trust the old grey box my friends. Oh and by the way I ain't a numpty. LOL
