  1. Just to add my little bit. Firstly, Hetfield is definitely pro hunt, and that's what the pre gig video was about apparently. The BBC were trying to make something of it this morning when i flicked the tele on. I didn't put it on live last night until about 10:15.... I've seen Tallica live about seven times over the years....and I'm not talking abut standing at the back tapping my foot! Secondly, like I mentioned to my misses, it sounded a bit ...... wank!!! Not the old sound I remember.... more bass required!,, It was as a decent show by the Tallica boys to be fare... For th

  9. Was looking at Mossey Joe, but it's been switched to the foxhunters tomorrow, not worth bothering with at that price either. Got it at 12's though for the bet365 at Sandown if it runs that is. Night in Milan is my long shot, nice bit of e/w value at 33's ... hope it doesn't rain too much!
  10. Shame you've got to part with her Sam, fair play to you though mate, a big call to make, someone's going to drop onto a nice bitch there at just the right age...... she's worth every penny of that money, take no notice of the freeloaders on here, hope she gets the home she deserves,..
  11. I'm planning on starting with 2K and just go from there Fook 9K for one bottle... For now Thats more than i started with you,ll learn the basics as you go along....its sometimes worth keeping an eye on what the critics say....theres only 5 master tasters in England so any wine they give a good score to is going to increase value.....if you look at French wines you,ll find the 2005,s are most valuable as it was a virtually perfect crop, weather and everything............keep it under bond and there wont be no tax on it...........and i,ll be shocked if you cant make at least 15-20% profit..
  12. Oh baby........ great taste! Shame about Geoff. Count myself lucky to have seen him in the flesh several times live over the last ten years..... Sleep tight. Big fella.......

  15. I know what you mean Steveo, but parking was fee at Bempton today, little shop closed up too. Must be due to the time of year, was fairly busy though when we got back to the motor. Had a great view of Flabourough lighthouse last night with a clear sky and all the stars showing, really kicking myself for not bringing the little gorilla pod, struggled keeping camera steady on the fence with a longish exposure! Live and learn eh!
  16. Earlier from today, tad close to the edge for my liking and fair old way to reel them in! Just a quick snap taken with the phone, got a few betters ones with the camera. Was quiet on the bird front as expected, but had some cracking views of a peregrine out over the sea coming inland. Then later on managed to get a few Roe and a Barn Owl in the bins at the same time!... (hope you can pick them out)! cheers..
