No its true ,i found that gravel bar with my marker float ,comes up from 100 foot to a little gravel patch 3 foot deep!Had Single scale off it at 39.08lb! popped up turkish delight over a bed of cous cous!

Well,its a bit like dogging but for the more adventurous ,plus you need 2 buckets ,a funnel ,and some out of date salami,usually takes place in july-august ,although September is not to late !

would be my tactic,but unfortunately not allowed,anyway got a confidence boost of a mate ,with the offer of trying a new bait,im well out of the carp fishing ,just getting back into it so not upto date with which is the bait to be on,done all my recent fishing on particles,and plastic fantastic ,used to work for a bait rolling co and got some idea on what makes a good bait ,but well aware that more anglers are caught on bait than fish!lol

Yeh you're right, better eduction is required, to educate people like yourself why that 50 zone is in place. It's not to protect the cones, it's to protect the men and women behind them cones. Nobody ever hits "one of the cones", they skittle half a dozen and at 50mph they don't just knock them over, they send them flying at the lads working just a couple of metres away. lol....we did the big pay lakes..ie booking swims etc, now we look for the smaller family run venues, and book the lake for a week for ourselves, last year, the food package was the best i have had over in France, hence were back again, fish wise i had 7 30's and 2 40's...but for us its a holiday with rods...chill and enjoy plus shed loads a beer Sounds exactly my sort of holiday !!!Got recommended a small family run lake by one of our drivers,Les Burons ? A mate booked this years trip and i didnt really get much import ,just said yeah i'll go!
