    Tbh mate I very very rarely watch a podcast right through, like you say much of it can be shite, but every now & again there is a gem. I watched this one right through no problem with only one break! ?

    I dont follow this subject closely, just always check out Joe Rogan, but this guy has without doubt given the most believable account I’ve ever heard. It also seems he has credible witnesses to corroborate his story ?

    At the risk of being boringly obvious here moderation, variety in whole foods etc & cutting out man made shite in your diet has to be key. I’ve been working on my diet for years which has included cutting down meat intake, increasing fish, vege etc. We eat meat on the weekends & the best quality we can get regardless of it being red meat or not & we do find we enjoy it much more like that. what really pisses me off when they start talking about studies & reducing meat intake etc etc is they never mention consuming wild meat like its some taboo subject?     I'm with green lurchers & bgb on this. The star of the show was Boxing Day dinner. Let's be honest here, who the fcuk has roast turkey any other time of the year? That should tell you something, right? It's fcuking shit! Yeah I know some weirdos like it, but they are a minority group, so lack any credibility what so ever........ For me it won't be the star of the show because I'll be doing something decent like Venison fillet on Christmas Day..........but Boxing Day dinner will still shine!........................................how wank does that sound???
