Crow's making a lot of sense!! Macker the police could/can and do go undercover, there is no problem as long as they dont suggest/cause the suspect to commit the crime and then prosecute the person for something that they initiated/caused. this may help with entrapment and the understanding of it! "English law on entrapment 36. Entrapment occurs when an agent of the state - usually a law enforcement officer or a controlled informer - causes someone to commit an offence in order that he should be prosecuted. " The above is from this link http://www.publications.p

well said baldie! the bbc must think they arnt brakeing the law and can import dogs when they want must say though he did seem to have a north east twang to his voice agree well said baldie......action should be taken against the bbc for the importation abuse...however the bbc will have run the facts past some very clever and experienced solicitors before doing what they did to make sure they were waterproof! The blokes accent did seem to have a NE twange to me, sounded like some blokes i know from the NE who have been living in the SE for years and have diluted their accents

Going back to the original question of speed, i use a 100 yard 6z nylon net in the traditional manner with hazel pegs and metal end pins, i only really use this when ferreting and often encircle warrens with it, or run it down the side of hedges etc... I have ferreted with a chap off another forum on a few occasions and the first time he brought along a 100yard nylon net on the quikset system (dont ask me which quikset) it was a net basket with the poles already fastened on and pins out the top of the basket to hold the wands when in the basket. Now we decided to just use the longnets

Make sure that the cage/hutch is not in direct sun ( i use a parasol that came with teh garden set to cover the ferrets ) and make sure they have plenty of water , mine like a bowl to splash in/drink from!! Last time one of mine got hot and displayed the symptoms above she died, its best to avoid than to try and cure with cold water etc...

as i said in my initial post i knew it wouldn't be without problems, there aren't plenty of other coppers with guns, yes i was proposing arming the entire police force, thats the only way to come in line with european law and stop paying our taxes annually to the eu in fines, i am aware of the problems that it would cause and the people on here who are "anti" police wont like it, however when people are dieing in the street and all the police and ambulance service can do is make an RVP a mile away and wait 20minutes for armed support before coming arresting the suspects and admisinstering

no we haven't, we have armed response units......a little fact here on an average saturday night how many armed response vehicles in the entire Metropolitan area (london)??? 3 Thats 3 cars with 3 officers in each with a gun a piece, then they wonder why so many get shot in the ghettot that is south London and how we are such an easy target for terrorists. What i am on about and what we are paying the EU not to have is an Armed police force like the french and germans have, then we may be in a position to stop kids like the 11year old in Liverpool from dieing, and at

we need the government and the liberal elite that run this country to have a change of perspective. People blame the police, they just enforce the law, they dont make it! We need stronger penalties and more prison spaces, we need (a lot wont like this) an armed police force.(we pay about 8 billion a year in penalties to the EU not to have an armed police force-armed police was part of the EU agreement for european security against terrorists etc..britain renages on that aspect and is fined annually using our taxes) Then when there is some shit with an illegal gun, the police will g

i have a stalking video with one of those in it... shows him tracking shot deer... i've seen a few of those teckles about!! i thought they were just wire haired dachsunds??? are they of a similar breeding??? Yes they are wire haired dachshunds, but teckel is the original continental name for the breed before they were initially imported to the uk and then misnamed after one of the jobs they did! Teckels also aren't KC registered and in the uk are usually descended from continetal working stock and have a better constitution and are slightly leggier and more agile (not fecked up

Where do you live lad? someone on here may be able to take you out with them? I use letters, a carefully worded and to the point letter with your name address and phone numbers on , take that with you if they say no leave them a letter, if there is no one in leave a letter anyway. dont just chase the big landowners, try to think outside the box not just farmers, golf courses, nurseries (plant not little kids) and horse owners/livery stable. I have a few bits of permission and a fair few of them are equestrian places, plus smallholdings and smaller farms etc...once you have 1 piece do

That says it all, ferrets are bred to be tame and slow hunters, you dont want a ferret to catch rabbits just bolt them so you can catch them.......polecats have to catch rabbits to survive and are a completely different kettle of fish to a ferret... Like dogs and wolfs, anyone wnat to buy a wolf x greyhound lurcher?

Thats correct the Macpherson report (investigation into the death of steven Lawrence) recommended that the police give explanations about why they stop people , the same report made recommendations for the issue on the street of stop slips,(rather than writing them later and you having to attend the police station to request a copy) the same report brought stop slips into practice for more than just searches, it now includes like the above when they stopped you and asked you to account for what you were doing (stop and account) plus if you are stopped and searched the police hav

I always tell kids and the parents off for kids just approaching my dogs without asking, i tell them that both my dogs do bite and they should have asked first as they are getting a bit hungry that usually sorts them out, if however they have the sense to ask first i let them stroke the dogs as both of mine love kids
