Where in cambs are you ! How much do you pay and how do you take them ? I have some good perms on the beds/cambs border and could supply them depending on the above. Sorry, can't help with the longnet, not had to buy one for a good few years.

He turned up today with all the boxes from new, all the paperwork, bottle with 3yrs test on it, it does seem to be a good deal, and a pretty good gun

I have the following spare, so far ! Hawke sport hd 3-9x50 AO, excellent condition Hawke vantage 3-9x50, milldot, brand new never fitted but can't find the box (this is the one I would put on a hmr) Sabre air gunner 3-9x42AO, good condition with some slight paint wear on the lip of the objective. Hawke panorama ir 3-9x40ev, in excellent condition Or I have two pulsar n550 digital Nv units, one with a doubler and one without if your looking at that route. Rob.

Pigeon in my experience, unless it's nipped in the pan, goes tough for a start, you need to do a long slow cook, but when it melts it's bloody heaven

Yes lads, I parted my hard earned for it today, I had it for a couple of days playing around, and this morning I run it over the chrono, it's shooting between 11.6 and 11.7 I have not done a proper full string to see what the variation is, I was mainly trying different pellets o see what accuracy was like, couldn't find anything that gave me what I wanted, and was about to say sod it, when he messaged and said 'it's fussy, try daystsate sovereigns' So, off to my local shop, one tin of sovereigns later and I am whacking 5p's at 40 yards every shot, I put about 300 shots through it, fo

Thanks FF, excellent info there, I will chrono this one tomorrow when I do a spot of paper punching, a spread of 26 sounds quite high though, I have an ultra that has a spread of 6, and a hw with a spread of 9. Am wondering what the accuracy will be like then. The scope on this one is a hawke airmax30. As a full set up detailed above he is looking for £650, I was kind of under the impression that was top end, but perhaps not after looking online, it really is mint, I cannot find a mark on it anywhere.

My dog goes skits with them, turns into a big dribbling mess pressed in the smallest space she can find. The vet has prescribed diazepan, I give her half a tablet and it just takes the edge off for her, she just chills out now

It's a farm to move onto, I will be going down for a look at some point if I decide the move is for me, I was wondering what the deer shooting opportunities are in the area, as what species and are they prolific or not. I believe there are reds but possibly further west and north west.

Got the silencer, and also a new a&m cylinder, all back together, wow, what a combination, I cannot hear my gun at all now, you said it was a bit quieter than a hw silencer, I reckon it's loads better, well happy ain't the word, still having accuracy issues atm, off to the chrono later and see what's happening inside now I got the leaks sorted

Hi, my mate is giving up shooting with pcp's and has offered me his regal, never owned one before, what's opinion of them ? And what sort of value, it is a complete kit, rifle, scope, bipod, x2 mags, bag and 3ltr bottle with filling whip and probe. Looks immaculate, I cannot find a mark on it (he has always been a proper tart and meticulous with stuff).
