You've got to be diplomatic, buddy - bad feeling lasts a long time! Maybe speak to Stavros and say that 8am is OK, but explain that, because your daughter has to go to bed, 7pm is pushing it a bit. if you're prepared to be flexible, he has no reason not to be. Builder is just doing his job, so speak to the organ-grinder, not the monkey. One thing for certain - getting all " Oi twat,I want a f****ing word with you" will achieve absolutely nothing!! You could try putting some dog food or salmon paste inside the Kong! We've got 3 JRT X's and they love this stuff called 'Paddywack' - it's meaty and as hard as nails, but doesn't splinter like bones can - even the Mastiff X has to have a serious go to break it! It's about £1 a bag and you get 5 or 6 bits. Get it from Wilkinson, QD, Home Bargains that sort of shop.

Stoeger Pellet Problem

Maybe I didn't explain properly - the pellet is a gnat's pi55 too big and needs to be pushed in, quite forcefully, with a little plastic thing someone kindly gave me. -

Switched from Super H-point to Superdome, due to accuracy problems. Accuracy is better but not brilliant, then I noticed the skirt of the pellet is standing proud of the breech, shearing off a tiny amount of lead when the action closes.Someone gave me a little tool to push them in properly, but it's a pain in the ar5e! I'm gonna have to go to the gunshop and find a pellet that fits properly but, in the meantime, if anyone here shoots a Stoeger X20S (.22), what pellet do you use? Cheers boys

We don't subscribe , but I bought a second hand box and it works just like Freeview - something like 140 free channels they broadcast.Cost me a fiver and about the same for the cable and connectors. It is a good series, though.

Back in the days of punk there was a band called "Exploited" - their 'best-known' song was called "Maggie,Maggie,Maggie-you f***ing c**t!" to give you an idea of their musical abilities. Just been on my local news - people turned up for the planned Armed Forces events in Luton, completely unaware that it had been 'cancelled'. Strangely the Armed Forces Day flag is flying above Luton town hall , though.

I was talking to some guys repairing a railway boundary fence recently, and they told me of an incident where the main power cable had been cut through and stolen. Despite the cable carrying, literally, thousands of volts, it seemed to have been cut through with an axe !! How desperately would you have to want that cable, FFS ???
