I thought thats what it was, but after reading that ive just nearly woke the house up laughing lol I'm glad you understand it............ In birds of prey the male is smaller than the female, so for example in the case of a peregrine the bigger female is referred to as a falcon wheras a male is the tiercel, there usually a 1/3 smaller in weight or therabouts Now it makes sense ! Thanks for the info BANG - I could have 'Googled' it, but where's the fun in that? I thought TC was in RAF ("flew BOP") or that his initials were TSL - thick twat or what ??

It seems to me that Cameron badly misjudged the public mood and massively over-played his hand. He is unpopular and wanted his 'Falklands moment', but I'm for once, proud to say that democracy clipped the wings of war-hungry politicians ! Try the oiled foil, Mick. It doesn't get as hot as the plastic, meaning you can lift the whole shebang out of the bowl, whilst keeping your fingerprints !! Well done on the ammo - haven't got into that yet, but I'm stiil 12 years old in my head !!

Keep the oven at 180 or 190 tops - and it won't work in a pan because by the time the centre has heated up, the edges are burnt (as you discovered!). You're right though, it does seem to appeal to the 12 year old in us all !!

I need lessons on melting this stuff So do i mate It doesn' t melt to a liquid - an hour in the oven softens it just enough to be able to clamp it flat. I used a ceramic mixing bowl, like the one Mrs.B mixes cakes in ( ) , but I lined it with oiled foil, and it made it much easier to get it out of the bowl and into the clamp - the hardest bit I think as you need to work quickly....christ it's hot !!

The elbow of his drawing arm is far too low - what on earth are you teaching the boy ???? Seriously, I think it's brilliant that he's learning to use equipment safely, respect his quarry and, most important, having fun-and he's clearly doing that! Good work, mate !

He made other statements today, where I think he may have a point - criticizing parents who buy 50' TVs and all the other shiny new gadgets, but feed their kids crap. (I'm guessing he's having a go at the Brighthouse brigade!) Mind you, I think it lowers your parenting skills credibility when your kids are called Buddy Bear Maurice, Petal Blossom Rainbow, Poppy Honey Rosie and Daisy Boo Pamela, and he's from Essex !

Israel is next door - do we really want to start chucking missiles around...........? What I have noticed is that the Arab League is conspicuous by its' absence ! I feel sure their help would be invaluable in settling what is essentially a conflict between two rival Muslim groups. Why aren't Syria's neighbours putting more pressure on Assad ? After all, they are the ones mopping up the influx of refugees, while their whole region is being increasingly de-stabilized by yet another war. I know some countries in the region still have problems of their own, but they surely can't keep looking
