    My mum enquired about leaving her body to sience,,,she was offended when they declined ,,,lol I contacted QMC about it once and they said it depends what you die of, among many other things. 'Cos bodies are used for training, they're no good if there's already been a post mortem and so on and so on. There's loads of hoops you have to jump through.....................can't even give a corpse away these days !!

    I've 'carried the card' for years and my wife has instructions to allow removal of anything that's of any use to anyone. Not sure if they'll be much left that still works as it should, but I won't need it when I'm gone................... (I originally planned to donate my body to science, but science contested the will !! )

    Some years ago, I had a mate who was stick-thin and weak as f**k. He used this regime, and nothing else. He gained nearly 3 1/2 stone in a year !! I tried it ( I played rugby at the time) and gained almost a stone in 4 months -I kid you not !! Don't get me wrong, we weren't ripped to the bone, but the gain in size and strength was significant. It looks easy, but if done properly, it's seriously hard work !! The regime is a bit old now, but maybe that's the problem these days - we forget the basics !!     I (obviously wrongly) believed that in America, sex with someone under-age is 'statutory rape' - they are to young to give consent, therefore they were raped. My question to the judge would be this -"What the f**k is '4th degree rape',exactly ?" What mitigation could he possibly have offered to lessen the seriousness of his offence ? Did the 3 year-old lead him on ? Was she dressed provocatively ? Has she been drinking and sent him 'mixed messages' ? For sanity's sake .............. What kind of justice do they think they have over there ??

    I thought I knew every derogatory term (especially those for Asians and muslims), but 'slope' is a new one on me. Exactly HOW is it an insult ? Can we just randomly decide that any given, innocuous word is suddenly offensive ? F***ing ridiculous !!

    What model are you shooting that you think is so noisy? Most springers are a lot quieter than you realise - they seem noisy because your ear is close to the spring. Also don't use a noisy back-stop - box full of rags is superb !

    Heard it on the radio, then saw it on the news later - we truly live in wonderous times ! Imagine the 'journey' that lady has - learning what all those sounds are ! Hard to imagine hearing a dog bark, for instance, but not know what's making the sound. Incredible story................

    Alliance sterling 105`s, ebay mate Just open 'em up and one per fork.....?? What's the range like on them (look like singles in your pic)? They're on Amazon at £13 for box of 70 - that's a lot of shooting, if they're any good !
