  2. Is this too dear, too rubbish or just too much of a gun for the folk of THL
  3. I like the county show as a spectacle but the trade stands have become a bit confusing over the last few years, a dedicated area for people who actually work their dogs, ferrets or just themselves and associated things like clothing, animal stuff like beds and leads, perhaps even animal feeds and some horsey stuff like lead reins would be a very welcome change, could you also organise a stand for "a taste of game" as rabbit burgers are a particular favourite of mine
  4. paulus you have a point, she is only doing what thousands of imigrants are doing, Pakistanis in particular love housing benefit as do Romanians, Bulgarians, Lithuanians, polish etc etc, she has made the news because she is an anomily within the system, she is English and born here If you are a middle eastern "Immam" who preaches death to the infidel ( who just happens to be paying for the benefits taken ) then you will get the same treatment and more, it's the system thats fecked, never ending dole for those who have no morals or shame, why should anyone be supported to raise a family, if you

  9. The excessive drinking, the bad behaviour, the money lost because of the drinking and womanising, time lost with the kids, but would I change a thing I don't think so, our mistakes make us the people we are if we are wise enough to learn from them Me ? I'm just a fool

  11. Well I've watched the news and here we go: Trade deficit with the EU ( The common market ) is approximately 55 BIllion GBP per year, so we exported £55, 000, 000, 000, 00p less than we are buying and that's a fecking lot of VW's We have a deficit of £8.5 billion per year from our "donation" to the EU budget which by the way is so crooked that the EU's own auditors have refused to sign off the budget report for the last 7 years !!! So just on the crooked polititians own numbers our "membership" of the European union ( which not a single man or woman has ever voted for in this country ) cos
  12. Beer, followed by a beer and then a to finish off a beer
  13. fancy being stuck next door to that, you'd jam his guitar up his arse
  14. Met him once, very briefly and that was 3 minutes too long, not a nice bloke at all, directed a couple of boring films, ate too much and wrote about it so long as the food was free, no loss really
  15. The price of £595 is about right, it depends on the match of the movement and the case, if they are both marked for the watchmaker then that's good, if its a generic movement in a generic case then that's not so good, the hall marks can be used to date the watch and most of the ones for sale are victorian If it works then it will only go up in value over time ( pardon the pun ) And will always look good on the end of a nice albert chain in a tweed waist coat
  16. They say he had two knives as well, should have been ready with one in case of a misfire shouldn't he !!!
  17. The boys got moves for sure, and several screws loose
  18. At least half the price of any other hand made feild-craft knife and by the looks of them twice the quality, pics of the dagger edged blade would be nice
  19. I got a similar interest in that I bought a dog from a farmers wife near Canterbury 5 years ago, tried to contact her and even went back there to see if she could shed any light on where he came from but no joy, not a bad old dog though and I wouldn't mind another like him
  20. Warren has a good deal at the excel centre going
  21. Well there's only thing left then, slow cook chunks of meat with a little pepper, some bay leaves and a pint of the black stuff, cook til tender, drain of most of the gravy and put to one side, once meat has cooled make a pie, cook pie with some lovely big golden wonder spuds and a good savoy cabbage, when almost ready use the juice from the meat to make a nice thick gravy, feck me I'm starving now and sound like Delia Smith to boot
  22. Curried goat is one of the best foods on earth, it doesn't have to be hot and spicy but as your off the spice cut the meat into small pieces and make a bolognese sauce with it, the italians from the south all use goat instead lamb and it's mighty tatsy
